Could it be Stress?

Stress is a situation where the demand placed on the body is greater than resources the body can mobilize.
It can also be seen as a natural response that enable one to deal with challenging or dangerous situation. Stress response begins in our brain. The brain which is responsible for perception, cognition, attention, memory, emotion and action. So therefore, the brain informs us that the body needs attention.

Many people do go through stress due to some areas of activities, such as examination, sport activities and some hard work. At the of the or end of the day try and relax your body or brain a little. Don't over stress yourself. Take work bit by bit. Try to take things in a different way, what stresses you may not stress another person. Be kind to yourself by taking things easy.

Effect Of Stress On The Body

Prolonged extreme or chronic stress can harm you. Some stress can also lead to substance abuse and other unhealthy means of coping.

Too much stressing of the body may even spiral into depression, burnout, or you may have thoughts of suicide. Stress can contribute to a wide range of disease and it can affect nearly every part of the body.

How To Deal With Stress

In other to deal effectively with stress, you need to think about your physical health and mental health also.

Try to live one day at a time; stress can cause anxiety, so always try to recognize and deal with those things that may likely stress you.

Try to be orderly; Try and identify those things you need to do. Do not get walked up by the things you are suppose to do. Outline those things to be done in an orderly manner so as not to bother yourself over unfinished tasks.

Take care of your health; Always try to exercise the body, eat nutritious food and make sure you don't skip meals, avoid smoking and preserve your money for good things, visit a doctor if your stress becomes overwhelming.

Know what stresses you; Identify what stresses you, and not your response. For example when you feel stressed, note your thoughts, feelings and behavior, perhaps even notify a record of them.
Also think of way to eliminate stressful things from your life. Try and manage your tasks or time more effectively.

Make time to relax in order to relieve stress.
