Through this post, we attach some information for consideration for Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 support. Hopefully this post can be considered for the Steemit team. We sincerely hope that the Steem Database community will be included in the list of communities receiving support this month.

The purpose of community

The Steem-Database community exists as a solution to provide an opportunity for developers and investors in the blockchain and cryptocurrency world to enter the steemit platform and promote their projects through blogs. The Steem-Database community also maintains the basic fundamentals aimed at promoting the Steem Blockchain and Tron. However, the Steem-Database community has a more innovative and creative promotion model that can provide opportunities for every actor in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world to collaborate.

Not only that, the Steem-Database community also provides opportunities for steemit users to carry out promotional activities, learn and review Blockchain and Cryptocurrency-based projects. The Steem-Database community will reward those who post about promotional activities, marketing, reviewing Blockchain and Cryptocurrency projects and completing certain tasks. The Steem-Database community will assign tasks to steemit users, such as making translations, reviewing Dapps, promoting Dapps based on the Blockchain network.

We also open any topic that is relevant to education, schools, campuses, office workers, government, teachers and students from all over the world. Including sharing Diary Game activities. Diary Game that shows your daily activities while at school, campus or office.

We have a tagline "Do and Get" which means, do and get rewarded. For now, the Steem-Database community provides free community pages for topics related to PromoSteem, Learn With Steem, Blockchain, Dapp, Metaverse, Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and Crypto Analysys. Steemit users can share their posts on the Steem-Database community page related to the topics we have mentioned.

A brief history of community

The Steem-Database community was taken over and created by @ponpase on 08 March 2022 with management and governance being developed. The Steem-Database community was launched on an initiative to expand the network and content coverage on community pages. These are steps taken to maintain and develop this community for a sustainable period of time.

As the community goes, we continue to recruit team members from various countries whose role is to manage the community simultaneously with community members. So far, we have 5 team members from various backgrounds and countries. To increase the participation of community members, we also carry out weekly contests and tasks by community accounts.

As a community aiming to expand our promotional network, we are also active in carrying out a number of charitable, social and environmental activities, learning, meet ups, and promotions through the Steem For SDGs project. This project is carried out in an effort to increase promotion and attract the attention of the public to Steemit. We are slowly improving our consistency to develop the community as content productivity and block network goes on to generate value on the STEEM and TRON networks.

This community has opened up many opportunities for people to increase their experience in crypto and blockchain and grow their marketing skills. The community has also provided opportunities for promoters to be rewarded for their sales and promotion work. A number of people have come to steemit for the promotional activities carried out by promoters.

In February 2023, we're getting back curation support from the BOOMING project.. This support has become an opportunity for us to continue to grow and increase our contribution to the Steem Blockchain. Until now we have used all the resources and plans that were managed by the entire team to move forward on Steemit.

Unfortunately, so far the Steem-Database community has not been selected for support for the Steemit Engagement Challenge. We hope that this time we have the opportunity to get support, grow participation in steemit promotions and provide opportunities for every user to increase creativity. We hope this time we will be trusted to get this support.

Our team consists of various backgrounds with diverse expertise. We have a dedicated, loyal and consistent team on the platform. Our team also consists of a number of people who have contributed to creating a number of projects on Steemit for the growth of the Steem ecosystem.

Along the way, we continue to recruit and provide opportunities for everyone to become a team. We've also replaced a number of teams that are no longer active on the platform. We only prioritize people who have their commitment and contribution to the Steemit platform.

Our team consists of experienced and inspiring people to build community. With their knowledge and experience, our team can be relied on to provide their roles and responsibilities in the community. Our team is experienced people whose mission is to build community.

As experienced people, we don't stop learning by holding a Forum Group Discussion every week on a private team channel. Discussions in an effort to increase our role and participation in controlling community pages. These experienced people will always provide guidance to participating members with their posts in the community.

Details of community curation account, how it is being built up and who holds the keys

Community accounts are always actively used 24/7 to reward quality content creators in the community. The curation is given based on the quality level of the content posted. Minimum community members will receive 50%-100% upvotes. In general we can provide a curation of up to 20 posts in various categories.

The awarding of curation scores is done fairly and wisely to give appreciation, enthusiasm and motivation to the author. In addition to providing curation support, we also leave a trail of comments on each post to provide them with guidance for producing quality posts. Community account activity reached Post Count 243 posts, 1,469 comments, 1,164 replies, Vote Count 6,429 upvotes, 23,850 upvotes received and Voting CSI 8.3 ( 0.00 % self, 138 upvotes, 56 accounts, last 7d ).

Daily curation used up to 80% voting power. This is to maintain stability and bring back full voting power to 100% within 24 hours. Keeping this stability community accounts can generate up to $0.10 in value for now. The way we increase community accounts is by:

• Receive delegate support voluntarily
• Make daily posts to get rewards
• Post weekly reports for gift support and open information dissemination
• Conduct weekly contests and tasks to increase participation and distribution of prizes
• Fully power up the rewards that have been received after being allocated for support tasks and contests

Community accounts can only be accessed by @ponpase,@ashkhan, @ikmalhariamuna. This access restriction is to make it easier to trace the activity history of community accounts. Community account keys have been stored offline and online in a database system, which both can access at any time if needed. This account is kept private and only the family, attorney has access to reach this whenever needed. Meanwhile, we are also discussing with the team to give them access to posting keys to curate with the agreed schedule.

Details of the community current policy for checking and commenting on posts

Our team is always trying to be actively involved on the community page. Our community has zero tolerance for abuse and plagiarism. We are very consistent to take action against every abuser on the community page to create a fair and safe community page for all users.

Our team is always working hard to check posts and provide guidance to every user who shares posts in the community. Each team also plays a role in re-checking posts to reduce human errors. The following is a schedule for checking posts:

The following are the inspection methods that we carry out as follows:

• Check for plagiarism by using the plagiarism checker tool.
• Manual checking related to images, grammar, writing style, tagging, club status, mentions
• Spam tagging, comments and mentions will get a reprimand from the team, some severe and inappropriate actions will be muted by the team
• Image check will use google detect like https://lens.google/
• Any user who abuses will get their label and will be dealt with wisely

The punishment that will be received by the abuser:

• Type 1: Spam tags, comments or mentions = Provide guidance and warnings
• Type 2: Plagiarism = Mute Post and Warning Label (Warning 1-3)
• Type 3: Plagiarism Warning 3 or Scam/Pishing Comment = Blacklist User
