It's Time to Think BIG|| POWERING UP IS THE KEY!

I got to know Steemit from a friend back in 2017. I tried to share my contents back then but with the value of SBD continually dropping plus not getting the support which everyone expects, I lost my enthusiasm to share articles.

Steemit was introduced to me only as an income generator. I was taught only that I will get paid by posting quality articles. My mindest was that I need to post, leave a comment and interact with people within the platform until I came across the articles below by @dobartim of #steemschool that clearly explains how should Steemit and blockchain work.

These messages got me hooked to the thought that I still have a lot to learn about this platform. I continued to browse and found myself reading more of his great articles.

Indeed an eye-opener for me. These articles made me think of the path I want to take in the future here in Steemit. Yes, these posts made me come up with a long-term plan.

Everyone wants to be successful here but unfortunately, not everyone understands nor bothers to know the logic behind this platform. How I wish that the true message of his posts will reach a wider audience as we must get to have the cycle to continue. I still have a long way to go and I am learning every day. If we keep on focusing only on the generating income part of Steemit, the time will come that it will just become part of our history and we do not want that. Well, it may happen eventually but I do not want it to happen soon.

These realizations made me get in touch with the good friends of mine @jenesa and @leebaong whom I know has the same thought as mine.

Steemit is a business and business comes with an investment. This is the message we want to highlight in our campaign to promote Steemit. We will not focus only on new users but on old users as well. Yes, our mini team's goal is not only to encourage users to sign up, post, and earn but we would like to also educate users on the value of investing and powering up.

We had a meeting earlier and that end up really well. Plans were set and everyone is excited to execute them.

It is time to think BIG to become BIG.

The meeting lasted for about 4 hours. We have clearly discussed our goals, future activities to attract users and other things we need to effectively promote Steemit highlighting the need to power up and not just merely earn.

Special thanks to you @dobartim for inspiring us. It is time for us to take the right path, we know there is no shortcut to being successful, that tough times will come but we are ready and we believe in your message that "We Win Together".
