The Things I've Learned On Steemit By @ronindboss

Introduction

Good day dear members of Steem Database, it's my pleasure to be writing here in this awesome community. Today I'll focuse on the things I've learned since joining steemit. I joined steemit last year after the Corona Pandemic and lockdown and I missed an opportunity to be earning while at home but everything happens for a reason.

So I was invited by my humble mentor @swaylee, he posted on his status about an investment opportunity, I was skeptical at first because I thought it was those Ponzi and Pyramid Schemes but I still replied him because I was in need of money. He explained everything about the platform and how I can earn by just writing and publishing articles. I was shocked and confused as what kind of platform pays users huge amount of cryptocurrencies for just publishing articles? He replied saying "make I dey there" ( better use this opportunity). So I just payed him a certain amount of money for tutoring and guidance.

After joining the platform, I proceeded in making my achievement 1 and participating in Contest to increase my Rep and Steem power to a reasonable amount. In a week, I've made more money I used for tutoring and I was happy this investment didn't go to Waste. Although, since August last year, I wasn't too active again because of the crypto market crash and had to power down all my Steem Power for financial aid and it was unfortunate, so since then I was inactive on Steemit and when the new year came I decided to resume with my full potential and set new goals to achieve. The things I've learned from Steemit are mentioned below:

Steemit As A source Of Income And Education

Steemit itself is unique in everyway, from the education it offers and investment opportunities it provides, it's a loss if anyone decides to leave steemit. Since joining the platform I've learned so many things which has helped me in my decision making and next move, here's are the 3 top things I learned in steemit.

• Knowing How To Write

In a Normal situation, I don't like to write and read, I hardly read online articles and books because it's not a motion picture and the enormous paragraphs of words just makes it boring and tiring. So when I encountered steemit, it changed the way I perceived articles, I was able to understand why some people endulge themselves in such occupation. Reading articles allows a person to imagine the scenario of the plot and it makes them visualize it well. That's why people love to read.

Also, with Steemit I was able to Improve writing skills. The use of paragraphs, Topic sentence, epilogue and prologue enables me to understand how to use these terms more accurately in my articles, reading other people's articles also helped me visualize the need for efficient writing in this platform and thus I became more aware in this field. I'm grateful to steemit for helping me in area of lousiness.

• learning more the Crypto Ecosystem

Another thing I'm grateful to steemit is the knowledge awareness on Cryptocurrencies and the ecosystem. Since Steemit is a decentralized social media platform, they ought to inform their users about the happenings of the entire market and society. Even though I didn't participate in the Steemit Crypto Academy classes, I was also to read other authors articles on them and grash a deeper understanding in them.

Before joining steemit, I knew little about the cryptocurrencies and other terms related to it. It was like I was stuck in a endless circle because if I try to understand one term, it will only lead to another unknown term, so the articles on Steemit guided me alot since it was published on how they understood it instead of those big grammars. I'm certain my knowledge on Cryptocurrencies have increased because of steemit.

• Different Communities With Different Topics

In steemit there are many communities out three with different focuses and topics, I've learned how to target those communities and publish articles related to their topics, for example, there's a community called "Business Activity" where a user is given the opportunity to promote his/her business and gets rewarded.

I posted my Graphic Design business there some weeks ago and I was happy because I could advertise my business without paying for it instead I get paid for advertising. It's truly special here in steemit and many users have found their new homes and have become active in them.

Conclusion
