Hello everyone, on this occasion we from the PromoSteem community would like to provide an application to participate in The Communities of the Month Support Program. before that we would like to provide a little history about the establishment of the promosteem community and also its development so far.

Projects that are in the promosteem are projects that have been approved to be fully supported for the development of the sub-project. the support provided is development advice and also donations for sub-projects.

• What is the purpose of your community ?

PromoSteem community appears to help the steemit team in build and finding good content creator in steem promos, helping to manage networks and communications in order to create good performance and have a broad effect on steemit promotions and also educate users about the importance of power ups

PromoSteem is also certainly working with other communities to help each other and run this project. invite content creators, speakers, influencers, community leaders, businessman, and many other backgrounds who can help this promotion.

PromoSteem wants to create a global network in the field of steem promotion, therefore promosteem builds a network by recruiting many promoters from all countries in order to achieve the main goal of the #promo-steem mission.

• Is it unique ?

Not sure this is unique or not, because promotion is a field that all companies must have. BUT, I believe the promosteem community is very important because it is very focused on the promotion field, of course with a focus on one goal then this community can run in one direction more strongly, or we can say promosteem is unique because have full of dedication on doing #promo-steem

• Are there any other communities covering the same subject or area as yours ?

I think it exists, but it's not the same as the promosteem community, other communities have promotion fields but they are not as focused as the promosteem community does.

• Why should people join your community ?

For users who like to do steem promotions, then they must join promosteem, because only this community is most focused on appreciating promotional content. with promoters to guide users in doing promos, it will make it easier for other users to create good and really useful promotional content.

• Are the team members paid or rewarded in any way from the community funds for their work in running the community ?

Not yet, but this has become a topic we discussed with the team last month and will still be considered to guarantee and appreciate the performance of the team as a form of appreciation. for now the team is still working voluntarily.

• If you only have one Admin what would happen to your community if you left or lost your keys ?

I believe I won't, because I have a lifelong document for everything I own whether stored online or offline. all of that includes keys and passwords of everything in one document and can be accessed by my family @arie.steem and for now @ponpase & @pojan hold the posting key and they know my house and know my family. I still hold the active key myself, but I can give the active key to other people in the team in the future when I'm too busy to take care of everything.

The reason why promosteem has not worked with ending plagiarism so far is because I still want to form a team that is capable of tracking abuse. because the level of abuse in promosteem is still very low and can still be covered by the team. because promosteem content has Proof Of Work rules, therefore very few dare to do plagiarism in the promosteem community and almost none.

We will work with endingplagiarism in the future if the team is no longer reliable.

Absolutely Yes, all team members have an obligation to monitor users from their own country and are fully responsible for guiding and eliminating actions that violate the rules

So far, I believe yes, because the promotional content in the promosteem community all have their own character and also the results of their own promotions, both in real life photos and online.
