Q & A : Steem-Database Marketing Model and Community Management Improvement

Hello dear Steem Database friends, I'm very happy to be back to announce this community update.

In this post I will share information about the marketing strategy, management and governance carried out by the Steem-Database community. The purpose of this post is to provide education to community members so that they can develop themselves on the steemit platform and have a big impact on community development. As a community that runs on the PromoSteem community integration, we want to build a marketing strategy for the promotion of the Steem-Database community.

All Steemit users who join the Steem-Database community are required to submit and comply with the guidelines that we have released. We hope that everyone will find this guide helpful. This guide contains management fundamentals and rules set by Steem-Database stakeholders to bring growth to the Steem economy in the future.

1. What Types of Post Topics Can Be Posting?

The Steem-Database community is open for topics related to PromoSteem, Learn With Steem, Blockchain, DApp, Metaverse, Non-Fungible Token (NFT), and Crypto Analysis.

2. Can I Post Other Than 7 Topics Above?

No, the Steem-Database community will only approve the 7 topics mentioned above and we only want to be consistent on those topics. Posts that are not in accordance with the topic will not be approved, I will mute and provide guidance for members who post on different topics.

3. How to Get a Label and Verify As a Community Member?

You need to include a post achievement 1 link in your post. There are 3 categories of members:

• Friend : Newly joined and verified member
• Open member : Members who have actively posted a minimum of 5 posts and have delegated a minimum of 50 SP.
• Pro Member : Members who have participated in tasks or contests held by the Steem-Database community. Have participated at least 3 times to be included in the list of winners. Members must also delegate a minimum of 100 SP.

4. Which Categories and Post Quality Will Get Support?

We highly consider the quality of posts that will receive support from the community. Posts must be at least 300 words long and be original. Support can be in the form of curation of community accounts or boom support.

5. Writing and Photos that can be used?

We strictly carry out checks for every post shared by community members. Only original posts and photos that appear to be copyrighted will be approved. Any posts quoting from external web and prephased, please include references. Only 20% of quotes from external web will be approved. If you use a photo from an external web that may be copyrighted, the post will be muted. So, only use original images or images from free image providers without copyright.

6. Sanctions or Punishments for Violations/Abusers?

Members who commit plagiarism in the form of writing or images will receive a warning. Plagiarism posts will be muted and members will receive a "warning" label. There are 3 times the "warning" label and members who have reached "warning 3" will be permanently muted from the member list.

7. Does the Community Implement Club Rules?

Club status is an important consideration that we do to support the Steem economy in the future. Only community members who join the club will get extra support. Members must be at least part of #club5050. We also invite community members to get involved in the Burning 25% #burnsteem25 action to maintain the Steem ecosystem through burning in the blockchain system.

8. How to Support Community Growth?

You can participate in supporting the community in a number of ways:

• Delegate to community account @steem-database
• Upvote, comment, and resteem the post @steem-database
• Participate in tasks or contests
• Join curation trail
• Supports a minimum payout of 10% to @steemdatabase or @steemforsdgs accounts

9. What Benefits Will The Delegator Receive?

We really appreciate every delegate who supports adding power to the @steem-database account. We currently offer a fanbase service for every delegate who supports @steem-database accounts. Delegators will receive daily upvotes ranging from 20%-50%, only original content will get curation. Curation is done manually to maintain quality and the ecosystem on Steemit.

10. How to Improve Community Marketing and Steemit Promotion?

Please note ! Promotions based on central social media are our focus in increasing marketing. Every member of the community must share their posts to social media, such as facebook or twitter. They must link the post link that has been shared on social media or a screenshot of the result shared to social media in the comments column. We also invite all community members to interact, support and provide guidance through comments. We also promote Steemit through events or meetings that we hold regularly.

Thus, we post this guide, we invite you to comply with all the guidelines, rules, conditions that have been set by the Steem-Database community. This rule aims for the development of the Steem economy and maintaining the quality of the Steemit platform. Thank you to all members who have supported the Steem-Database community.
