Bangladesh Top 6 & Indonesia Top 10 - Steemit Impression and Interest Analysis Data For Worldwide

Tonight I tried to do a search on Google Trends to make an analysis and comparison. This analysis and comparison focuses on searching data for impression counts and search interest for the keyword "Steemit" across countries via Google. In particular I will also display data for the regions of Indonesia and Bangladesh.
The regions of Indonesia and Bangladesh became areas that caught my attention for me to do comparisons and analysis. As we know, these two developing countries seem to have a number of active users on Steemit. Then, how about the data that appears for all countries and especially for the two countries?
It should be noted that the number of numbers displayed in this data is not the actual number of data. However, this is a number that shows impressions or the number of search interests in the total volume that occurred in the last 12 months.
The following is some data generated from my searches using Google Trends :

Data from October 1, 2021 - October 3, 2022 has decreased from the highest number of interests on November 21-27 2021 to the period of Sept 25 - Oct 1 2022, experiencing a decline in interest of up to 54%. Even in the period 13-19 February 2022, there was a decline in interest of up to 62%. The graph looks flat declining from the period February 2022 to October 2022.

The list of regions with the highest number of searches in the top 5 are: South Korea, Venezuela, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Uganda. The highest volume is in South Korea which can indicate that they likely have a sizeable number of enthusiasts, users or investors.

Meanwhile, for the top 6-10 list, there are Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ghana, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. The average search enthusiast's impression volume is 1% - 4%. While the highest volume is in Bangladesh with the number of search interests at 4% of the total volume.

The topics and search queries that often occur in the level of interest over the last 12 months are: Coins - Topic, Steam - Software, Cryptocurrency - Topic, Steamed - Topic, steemit, 스 팀 잇, 스팀, rndcoin 스팀 잇, rndcoin steemit, Steem - Software...

In Bangladesh, the number of search interests shows unstable data. Cycles within a certain period of time increase and decrease unstable, even reaching point 0 within a certain period of time. Meanwhile, in November 2021, a fairly high number of fans appeared but did not last long. This cycle does not last long, there are ups and downs that until the mid to late September 2022 period shows a low point.

The regions with the highest search volume interest in Bangladesh were in the Rangpur Division 100%, Khulna Division 77%, Dhaka Division 30%, Sylhet Division 18% and Rajshahi Division 16%. This percentage represents the number of impressions of interest in the total volume. Rangpur Division is the region with the highest number of enthusiasts which can possibly show the growth in the number of users in this region.

Meanwhile, topics and queries that are frequently searched are: Steem, Bangladeshi Taka, US Dollar and Steemit.

In Indonesia, the number of search enthusiasts shows unstable data, but never hits the 0 point. The highest cycle occurs in the last period of November 2021. While the cycle from January - September 2022 the average number of interests is at 25 and high is 40 more. With a low of 10, but never falling to 0.

In Indonesia, the highest area of interest is in the province of Aceh which reaches 100% of the total volume. Then in North Sumatra, West Java, Bali and Jakarta. Aceh is probably the only region with the highest number of steemit users in Indonesia, because steemit is growing and growing rapidly and has an interest in the Aceh region.

Search topics and queries that often occur are: steemit, steem, steemit logi, steem prices, coins and software.
Analysis and Conclusion
Indonesia and Bangladesh are classified as developing countries in Asia. Data that shows a significant growth in interest in searches with the keyword "steemit" in Bangladesh and Indonesia. It is possible that we can assume that Bangladesh and Indonesia are in the top 10.
Bangladesh is in 6th position and Indonesia is in 10th position, which may also indicate the volume of the number of Steemit users in Bangladesh and Indonesia. Both countries have a range of problems and a long history of crypto legislation and money laundering laws.
In Indonesia, especially in Aceh, Steemit began to be disseminated publicly since 2017, even though at that time there was no clear regulation on crypto laws. However, the decade of 2020 is producing happy results, the Indonesian government has made rules regarding crypto regulations. The rules generally indicate the existence of permits for legal crypto investment and trading that are protected by law.
But it is the opposite in Bangladesh, even in the latest release on Coindesk.com it is reported that Bitcoin and other crypto are illegally transacted in Bangladesh. The government expressly states that:
"Bitcoin is not a legal tender of any country. Any transaction through bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency is a punishable offense.”
In Indonesia, especially in Aceh, maybe Steemit promotion can be done openly. But maybe not for Bangladesh, there are rules waiting to ensnare them. So, open promotion is still a concern, the key is promotion in private and closed to the public, a simple method is only to convey the promotion to the closest people, relatives or family.
However, even so Bangladesh is in the top 6 from all over the world who have the number of fans on Steemit. In contrast to Indonesia, although crypto is legal to invest and trade, the number of enthusiasts is small, and even then it is only popular in Aceh. So, users in Indonesia should be more active in promoting, especially to invite investors.
While currently Bangladesh has a high number of investors, for example the recent arrival of @hungry-griffin with more than 4 Million SP, with a clear goal for community development in the future. One of the proofs is, currently Bangladesh has their own witness to support users and value their content through investors. So we must keep the spirit to promote and improve creative ideas, never feel competitive with any project, we need to support, open mindset and build relationships.

@ponpase for your kind of information bangla.witness is not a Bangladesh based witness. It's an Indian witness but for Bengali speaking people. Bengali people live in both Bangladesh and India.
Yes, I have also been told about it by my friend CR from India. Maybe I forgot to add Information about it in the post. But in this post, my analysis specifically is For Bangladesh, has represented the country of the bangla.witness project.
Because Bangladesh is in the top 10 list which occupies the 6th position in Google Trends, so I only explain for Bangladesh specifically.

I think it is a clear statement and it will be understood by everyone that bangla.witness is a representative project for the Bengali community, which includes India and Bangladesh.

For information also that India is in position 24 for Search terms on Google with the keyword "Steemit". We hope that more investors in the region will increase the number of impressions, fans and users of Steemit in India. So that India's position can move up one level to the top 20 and move slowly to reach the top 15.
