celebrating my 2 Months Anniversary 23rd May -23 July 2021 with the newbies during meet-up

Hello everyone.
Glad to be part of steemit.com and @promosteem.

WRITING PASSION
Writing has been one of my passions from childhood though I was neither encouraged nor motivated to achieve that. But my zeal to read a lot of novels and inspirational books both soft and hard copies has no limit.

Therefore, when @steemit was introduced to me, I didn't hesitate because I was glad I'll have the opportunity to write for people to read aside the earning part.

However, through my 2 months stay on @steem, I was able to make new friends and learn alot through other people posts.

PROMOTING STEEMIT
And I never kept the good news to myself which motivated me to invite more people.
I tried talking to family and friends to join though they are reluctant but I'll never give up until all my friends and family join steemit.

On my exact anniversary date which was 23rd July, I successfully spoke and signed up my big brother @akwashphil and he didn't hesitate because he also loves writing as it will help his career as a script writer. https://steemit.com/hive-172186/@akwashphil/achievement-1-by-akwashphil-on-23rd-july-2021

Subsequently, in the mood of celebration, I successfully signed up another steemian @stanleynnah whom I've been trying to introduce for over a month ago but was having doubts because of his past experiences. Here is his introductory post.

However, I was able to bring him in and shaking off his fears.

CELEBRATION
It started raining from Friday night till Saturday evening but I wasn't shaken which made me entered the rain for meet-up because I have plans of celebrating my success story so far with the newbies.
Thanks to my old man (father) for lending me his umbrella even though he was about going out but gave up because of me.
I'll work hard on steemit to get my personal umbrella and another for him.

During our meet-up yesterday, I was super excited because I got my first cash out and decided to foot the bills of our refreshments in respect to my anniversary celebration.

I loved the smiles and zeal I saw on the newbies faces while mounching on the snacks.

ATTENDANCE
During our meet-up, four persons were present.
@charis20 and I @patience90 who are old users and 2 newbies @pesh21 and @ralph36

During the meet-up, I got to learn more from @charis20 while she was putting the newbies through.

Afterwards, I stayed back a little bit to wait for a friend whom I've been trying to talk about steemit with.

He is having interest but his only challenge is that his phone screen got shattered few weeks ago which affected some keys but promised to fix it and get back to me as soon as possible.
