THURSDAY SHOUTOUT WAS A SUCCESS|| I JOINED UYO TEAM FOR STEEMIT PROMOTION|| 10% PAYOUT TO @PTOMOSTEEM.COM

Hi everyone, I am back again with a repost of my Promotional activities which I carried out this Thursday, September 9, 2021. Yes, Thursdays are for promo-steem community promotion where we color our lives with the brand. I and the team in Uyo promote steem daily but we we have set Thursday as a special SHOUTOUT day. It was a success.

THURSDAY SHOUTOUT

We had planned to promote steem this day using our promo-steem t-shirts. Our official time starts by 10am. We met in the vanue we agreed to do the road show which is the place we have been going out since Tuesday. We have dedicated this week for that location because we are having huge successes.

On our way, we also gave out fliers while inside the public vehicle to fellow passengers

Those we had talked to about steem yern that we be there over and over again to guide them. And so we went. The most important thing is that we got 2 person's signed up who had collected out flier the previous day. We also assisted 1 person among them to write his introduction post, while yet another person that had registered the other day we went within this week to also write his introduction post.

We also went round the location and talked to tailors, and others in their shop about steemit. Most of them could have signed up imediately but their phones where not smart enough and they promised to get new smart phones soon. See pictures below

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UYO

This week the pharmacy students Nation wide are having their football game in Uyo which is the host University. @davosimple got the connection for us to meet with their Referee and the National pharmacy students president at the vanue so we can promote steem their since most schools nation wide will be fully represented. We booked appointment to go meet with with them by 4pm.

We met them there and he agreed to allow us. They do not just allow entrance to non pharmacy students but we were happy we were granted entrance. But we didn't get much audience today and the president advised that we come back today being the next day, Friday. Friday is the grand finale of the match and they will have more audience. The female will play and then the male. That sounded good to us. You can see us at university of Uyo mini stadium

We gave out fliers to some of them and rested a little because we were exhausted. As we were seated, 2 boys walked across us and were discussing that seeing us has reminded them of steemit. There were like,can they even remember their keys, those long keys. I overheard them and rush to them, greeted them and told them that we are steemians. They said they noticed it due to the t-shirts. And they sounded as if steemit is no longer in existence.

I inquired further and found out that they were 2017 steemians. They really benefited from steemit and left when they felt they were not getting what they wanted. They had forgotten their usernames and keys. But I encouraged them to comeback. I told them that things have changed. We now have cryptoacademy where you can expand your knowledge about cryptocurrencies and earn. They become more interested and one even said he want to come back as a whale 🐋🐋🐋. He asked about how many sp he need to have to be able to give reasonable vote value. I later gave them my flier with my contact so we can talk later. They said they will chat me up soon. It was indeed a successful day of shout-outs for steem. I am grateful to the team that are always ready to move at anytime with me

CONCLUSION

Some new steemians at the first vanue joined us to shout out though not in the t-shirts. I appreciate their presence. The like of @prudent85 and others.
