We had an educative, informative and exciting radio show today on the promosteem server on discord. It is always about sharing useful ideas anytime we meet on the Ghana Radio. This meet up is really helping to nurture steemians to become members that Steemit and promo-steem community can be proud of.

As much as we need more users on Steemit we aslo need to consider the people we sign up. Not everyone will find Steemit fascinating or will be committed to learn and understand how steemit operate. In signing up, we need to target people who are technologically inclined since Steemit itself is technological innovation. People who are creative and can possibly bring that which can add up value to steem are those we need to look out for.

Steemit is indeed a good place for business. Steemit can now boast of many communities with many subscribers. They are indeed good grounds for business owners to channel their products and services. However, we understood that we also need to take into account the kind of business we would want to sign up. Business that can thrive so well on Steemit are those whose services are beneficial to Steemit users. Most users will easily patronize with business whose services they see us very essential. Besides business owners should be educated to know about steem and how they can effectively transact with Steem. Having this kind of knowledge will help them carry out their business operations successfully on Steemit.

Members may not know how they are doing till they receive comments on their post. By commenting and upvoting post we help to ensure members retention and activeness in every community.
