At Barista Academy we have new strategies to promote Steemit, both in our courses and in the regular activities that we develop every day in the school cafeteria. We believe that it is a good time to grow and improve everything we do for coffee lovers, that is why we are also developing several growth strategies and little by little we will tell you in our Steemit publications, this includes a new image change that includes the redesign and improvement of the logo, professional photographs for advertising and social networks, redesign of study guides, new advertising strategy on social networks, among others.

Logo redesign
We started the changes with the improvements in the logo of the academy, the design program Corel Draw was used to give the necessary adjustments. A circle was placed on it for use in social networks and it can be used without it for aprons, flannels and other designs. The beautiful image of a coffee bean with an ornament underneath was also added above the name, alluding to the coffee plant with cherries. We like it a lot and it refers to coffee, since the Barista owes its name to it, since without these aromatic beans, it would not be able to exercise this trade.

Workwear design
As we have commented since we started our account at Steemit.com, we want to promote this social network to more people in our city, so that we are more and more people interacting on this platform and using cryptocurrencies as a payment alternative, we are even receiving Steem as a payment cryptocurrency both for our courses at the academy, and for the coffee shop drinks.
That is why we continue with the promotion and dissemination strategies, this time, among several things that we will be creating, we want to make shirts for the people who collaborate both in the academy and in the cafeteria, that is why we have designed two models in different colors, with logos alluding to the Barista Academy and Steemit brands. For this we made a sketch using the Corel Draw software, with two basic colors such as black and white. We like these colors because they can be used with other colors and because the logo design includes a black background.
As you have seen in the images, these shirts will have the Barista Academy logo on the front and the Steemit logo on the back. We have designed it this way since when the Barista or collaborator puts on the apron to teach the courses, prepare the drinks and to make the delivery to the client, the Barista Academy logo on the front of the shirt will be hidden, but from behind it will be seen always the Steemit logo. That the front logo is hidden will not be a problem because, we will also be designing the aprons with the Barista Academy logo as part of the renovation of work clothes.
In addition to these promotional shirts, we are designing other clothes and things that we will be sharing with you in other publications. We hope to have these shirts ready no later than 15 days to wear them in our next activities. We know that many will wonder what the cost would be to execute this strategy. We tell you that we want to make three black shirts and three white ones, according to the size of the collaborators, for now, this for a total of six units. Each shirt will have the two logos stamped approximately 15x10cm. In the following table we mention the cost in Sbd to develop this plan.
These costs come from the average of the prices quoted today, in some pop material printing stores in the city and were converted from USD to the equivalent in SBD.
