What is #Club5050?

#Club5050 was a new project which was initiated 16 days ago by @steemitblog. This was initiated to encourage people to invest their steem for future.

This tag is used to increase the amount of steem power (SP) in steemit users wallets. Most of the users transfer their earning to stock market instead of increasing their steem power by doing power up and they didn't increase steem power in their wallets.

Although they are receiving votes from curators accounts or booming. The higher the amount of steem power in our wallet the more it will increase our steemit user account to get curation on our posted content. You can also gain by delegating to other communities. By delegating you can get benefit in the form of delegation reward and by getting voting support too.

Steemit team will check users account history those who are using #club5050 tag in their posts. I am going to share the new rule of #club5050 by steemit team.

Previous rules was you have to power up 50% or more of your weekly earning to become a member of #club5050. You have to cast out the equal or less amount of steem or SBD. As most of users didn't get vote support every week that they can power up so, for such users help steemit team change the rule of #club5050.

So, according to new rule steemit team will check your account history last 1 month calender not of 7 days only. So, according to this you can power up only once in a month and then you will become a member of #club5050 for whole month in which you power up but keep in mind that you have power equal amount to your withdrawn steem tokens.

The exact date is announced from 1st of november you can start your power up for both #spud4steem and #club5050. I will share any update about #club5050 with you all.
