Thank you for your contributionism! Very interesting post with loads of valuable information, unfortunately, I don't understand the most of it. I support the better diet and decision making when it comes to nutrition, but people are mostly ignorant.
We have the food industry that doesn't give a shit about health, and health industry that doesn't pay attention to the food. - and that is closely related.
Just recently ( two months ago) I started using a very unique and patented Glutathione supplement which is a real game changer and results are seen and felt really quickly ( better sleep, new hair is growing, no lower back pain and softer face wrinkles).
