Why i decide to write about Depression
Is because, I have been depressed before.

What this poem is going to teach us,is about the things depression will bring to our life
We have to mind the types of things we feed our mind with
Thank you as you read.

Depression Depression.

Depression is Scarry,

Too much time to think of the bad things,

Thought get wary,

Mental wandering.

Where will all this bad thoughts of depression lead to?

It only lead's to bad things,
and to the early grave😭.

An evil idea planted,
Now a seed,

Growing growing growing,

What will these turn out to be?

Thorny and prickly

Souring the mind,
with unpleasantries.

Time will tell,

But time will only tell the bad things of depression.

Be mindful be mindful
of depression' cell.

It can weave out with time,
When feeding the mind,
With good thoughts,

a wicked spell like depression,
Flyaway flyaway depression.
