My first handiwork (car sound box)
Hello,
Today I will show you one of my many handicrafts without professional tools. I would love to see some of your handmade items or anything you made with your own hands. Let me get to the point.
I needed one pair of speakers for my car because the last two original speakers fell apart from standing still, time consumed them because the car was manufactured in 2003.
I used the speakers from the previous car. I made as you can see sound boxes, without professional tools. I used tools that should be in any house. From the tools I used: Knife, Needle, thread, saw, orange cloth strip, pull-out meter, OSB board, screws, 3mm thick rope, screwdriver + (cross), small nails, plush (black material for upholstering furniture). I also had a stapler on the clamps, but it broke down very quickly and I was left without a suitable tool.
I first measured the dimensions of the space in which the speaker should fit. The seat in the car is the rear window behind the back row of seats.
When I took the dimensions, I cut outboards of a certain size and covered them with black plush, and fastened them with small nails on the back. Then I changed the other boards to have them ready. I made an orange edge, for that I used thread, orange ribbon, and rope. Then I fastened that edge with thread and a needle from the inside of the box. I drilled holes in the board (a place for speakers) with a screwdriver and then with a saw in an ellipse. I screwed the speakers into those holes and routed the cables, which I later connected to the cables inside the car.
I hope I was able to bring you closer and explain the process of making car sound boxes.
I hope that with this post I will awaken skilled people who love handicrafts and awaken the imagination of others.
Thank you for all
