Encourage Others

Without a doubt, society is generally filled with classes of people, from the poor to the rich. Most people completely faced hopelessness and are vulnerable due to lack of motivational spark from others, couple with financial instability. Some selected group especially the upper class tend to dominate over others and exercise absolute control over their subject.

Most people have this ambition of being what they wanted to be, attaining the pinnacle of success. Getting rich and successful in their different careers.
The point is not that they lack the alacrity or plan to further their quest, but somehow the absence of motivator to push and enliven them to succeed is the major factor. People need that sense of belonging. they need that encouragement to spur them up.

Do you know that if you have to encourage others, there is a need for you to be closed to them just to know more about them. The question is why? Because by getting closer to them, you are able to identify their weakness and know their areas of interest at the same time. Focus on their interests instead of trying to impose something on them and be encouraging. See them as opportunities instead of obstacles and try building them up.

As individuals, we need this feeling of recognition and upliftment from someone. And the most important thing, we need others to help us reach our potentials. If you can be that person who confer that right to others, think of how many persons you could change over the years. And the joy of doing good will be written in stone.
