Training Memories

Hi everyone! I am fine and I am confident that you all will be fine. Today I am going to tell you about my monthly training. This training is know as ITSP training. Government has decided to train the respected teachers how to learn the students. Actually this training is a good initiative to train the teachers in the best possible way. It has five major parts.
1 Purpose of lesson
2 Activity
3 Modeling
4 counselling
5 learning

This training revolves around these 5 steps.
In the first step, teachers are to be taught about purpose of the lesson. It means teachers must told the students that what is the purpose behind the lesson. what should student learn at the end of this training. This part is also known as student learning outcomes.
Second step based on activity. In this step, teachers are taught about activity. Activity means doing work in practical. What do you want to learn to the students should be done by you first and then student also repeat that process so that they could easily learn about the specific topic.
the third step is modelling. In this phase, examples are given from the real life incidents or the previous lecture could be connected to the current one to teach the student in the excellent way. So teacher should take keen care to connect the current lecture with the previous one.
In the fourth step, counselling, teachers are dealt with counselling so that they could teach the students not only about their study but also about their social life. Counselling means to gave the best idea to someone. Therefore, students could be treated well in the classrooms. Teachers should help them to solve their social and daily life problems.
the fifth and the last step is learning. Teachers are trained that how to gave the best idea to the students. How much they are learning about the topic.
Let us come to the memories of my above said training.

This training was held yesterday at 9pm in the Markaz school of the city.

To attend this training, I left home at 8pm so that I could arrive at training place on time. within 25 minutes I reached at the training spot. The training office came on time and training was started at 9pm. In this training, attendence was marked and after that he told us about the ITSP. This was such a good moment for us that we spent together. We learn a lot from this training session and also enjoyed very much in this session of 3 hours. The training ended at 12pm. After that we left the place and came back home safely.
