Steemit Is a very great community and has helped me in so many ways;

1. Has improved my reading
2. Has improved my writing

A whole lot has happened to me since I joined steemit. Unfortunately, people join steemit, post one or two times and then they become inactive. You visit various communities and you realize that so many people are members but only few are active.
This shows that people do not come to appreciate the platform.

Some ways we can make people fall in love with steam it include

1. Consistent contests. Some people on the platform are not able to come up with topics to write on. But anytime there is a contest, the person participates. So you realize that, when there are no contests, such person becomes dormant and eventually stop posting. Also, concerning the contests, a minimum prize should be given to anyone who took part in the contest. This is different from the winners’ prizes.

2. Furthermore, a lot of people joined this platform in order to create rich contents and be upvoted. Quite a number benefits this way. However, some people post and post and don't get any upvotes. They post several times but still no upvotes. So the person then gives up on the platform due to a lack of upvotes. My thinking is the platform should be giving a certain amount of votes to people who don't gain anything. This will push then to post more often since they are going to get a little reward for every post.

These are some of the actions I think can make people fall in love with the platform.
