Unstable plastic debris that is left in the environment pollutants has long been dumped in the garbage. However, discarded plastic materials and empty plastic bottles are no longer discarded. All of these materials are being reused. Five thousand people from Jessore region have been employed by Felna in this product. Even export is being done abroad.

It is reported that plastic bottles, chairs, lids do not waste any time on the ground. On the one hand, as the environment is polluted, on the other hand the soil loses fertility. Moreover, the garbage out of the garbage stored in the barn. However, in the center of Jessore City Shankarpur, there are 3/4 factories in the center of these plastic bags. Plastic kuchi is being made by recycling machines in these factories. Later they were supplied to the plastic factory. These plastic bags are manufactured in various plastic factories within the country and are again being made of different plastic materials. Even a large part of this is exports abroad.

These factories, located in Shankarpur in Jessore city, were visited by Saregimon, a huge pile of plastic debris spread across the courtyard of the factory. Workers are working to pick up bottles, clean them and tuck them inside the machine. Another piece is washing the piece with chemical mixed water. Later another machine is being dried with wet pieces. Another machine is crushing these plastic pieces. From morning till night, the workers have been doing this work, they said.

The owners of some such companies, Jewell, Rubel, Liaquat, Ashraful, Assad, Chunnu, Biplob and Sumaiya Khatun, spoke to the matter. According to them, at first they were involved in the wreck business. Later, they built these factories with little capital. They also borrowed from NGOs. Currently, there are five thousand unemployed women and men working directly and indirectly in the focus of these factories. Yearly transactions are at least Tk 1 crore.

However, they can dream of setting up a new factory if they get the capital in simple terms. Demanding government sponsorship, they said that with the sponsorship, the business could be further expanded. Employment will also be created at the local level. They also demanded that the unemployment of the people of the village be removed.

According to businessmen, there are about 5,000 factories in different cities in the country. And there are about 12 million people associated with the industry. They said that plastic powder is being exported to various countries of the world including India, China, Turkey, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam. In all those countries, this plastic powder is made of plastic material and high quality plastic yarn.
