Why Hard Work Never Brings Good Results

We start with thoughts first, they form ideas and produce emotions, and emotions move us into action. Hard work is not a positive sentence, it means that we do a lot, that we do hard things, that nothing goes easy, and with such a way of thinking we program ourselves (our subconscious) that we have to work hard to achieve something in life. For some hard work means being persistent, I say that persistence in a missed direction brings failure. Smart work is something that brings great success, if we see Steemit we have two types of capable users, one is investors and the other is those who do useful things as witnesses, community leaders and they get a lot of support for that. Smart work means being wise, that others benefit from what we do, that is the key to success. Success planning is a process that frees us from uncertainty and failure, it is a detail that is the starting point of all leaders. Dreaming and desire are not sufficiently defined, and when it is not defined with details then it does not have the power of the goal, it is easily forgotten and covered with a new desire, thus it does not have the strength needed to be realized. Strategy and plan on how to achieve the goal are variable categories, we can adapt in movement, this creativity brings the most important steps that can quickly take us to the top. Dedicate your time to work on yourself, knowledge, find the right sources of knowledge and mentors who will give you key tips for progress.

Smart work is creative, it creates innovation, smart work is used by leaders, they use their time to progress, they do not want to work hard, they work a lot but smartly. Hard work is unplanned, unsuccessful, there is no progress, the mental and emotional state is like being a martyr. Poverty comes from weight, from a poverty of mind, we need to change our thoughts, our way of thinking, our way of working, our habits, our strategies and we will change our lives. Smart work gives us the freedom to create success, to create goals, to plan projects, teams, we have a space in which we can act, to be creative and free. For successful people, work is a pleasure, not an effort, it is the difference that separates those who work smartly from those who work hard.
