Ideas are just that ideas until implemented very good post..

This post has made me to remember what happened in my organization. I gave a productive idea in our team which would have made us much profit and accorded our brand a greater advantage but it was not acknowledged because I was seen as the most junior staff without hands on experience. Thanks @dobartim for reiterating this.
