We honestly need to understand where we are, and that is the initial and most difficult part.
Why we do something, how to achieve greater results with a focus on trends and our personal knowledge, habits and way of thinking. The first part is to determine where we are, what our strengths and weaknesses are, what gives us enthusiasm and what makes us happy, what we need to do to make our lives fulfilled. When we understand that the process goes in several steps, then we can follow the development. The first part is ignorance, we are looking for knowledge that will lead us to success, that will give us the wisdom to know how to win. When we know how to win when we come to the next level, we think we are the most important, the smartest, then the ego dominates with us. In this period we make mistakes, we are confident that we can do everything, it usually happens that we fall to the bottom, to make big mistakes that bring us back to reality. When we go to the next level then we are scared, we no longer want to take risks and experience a big drop, failures are painful and that is what we want to protect ourselves from. It is a zone of comfort and we protect it, in essence, we fail without being aware, the next level is moving towards risk with experience and courage, we make mistakes but we also know that we are not gods, to learn from mistakes and move on.
This is the level of realism where we are open to cooperation, where we do not protect our interests as well as the interests of colleagues and partners, where we do not do everything as we want, we consult with others.
We start changes with small decisions, with small actions, we find meaning when we know how to rejoice with small victories. Our time is coming, now we can find our level and upgrade towards success, to realize all our desires and dreams.
Only those who are persistent reach the goal.
