Road Of Young Talent In MTQ Competition
MTQ is an Islamic competition that aims to launch the souls of young talents for the future. MTQ is officially held once a year under the auspices of the Minister of Religion and the Islamic Religious Council. There are several branches that are contested including, Tilawatil Quran, Tartil Quran, syarhil Quran, Tahfiz Quran and Calligraphy Art and several other branches. All participants in this competition have attended non-formal education in their area of residence and in Islamic Education Institutions as a curricular study.
Two years ago I was so happy because my youngest sister took part in the MTQ event organized by UNIMAL students as their activity in the community service program for the non-formal education category which is of course not under the auspices of the government but under the auspices of UNIMAL (Malikussaleh University). My younger sister took the syarhil Quran competition with 2 other participants who were no longer children. However, my brother was not discouraged, remained enthusiastic and appeared so energetic that the audience was excited and immersed in the speech he delivered.
How happy I am to see him appearing in an educational arena like this, especially when he won a champion. Even though he is in second place, I am happy because he is able to compete with opponents above him. Thank God for the grace of God who has given us as intelligent human beings.
