In the past week, Gaming on Steemit was the topic.
The first gaming SC team was installed in February 2025, and Monkey Busines asked what Steemians thought about gaming on Steemit. The answers were diverse and different from weeks earlier when gaming was the topic.
In the same week, @adeljose asked in Talkchannel about gaming on Steemit and so did @xpilar in his post Tell Us About Your Journey On Steemit where was also asked if the commenters know a developer.

Well, I know a developer and if you read my comments or follow me you know him as well @kafio is a developer and in the past weeks he and I spoke about games suitable for Steemit (for present Steemians but also to attract people to join the platform) and we discussed what tools might come to hand.
Games aren’t just about luck or fun, they’re a method to connect people, that’s really essential, whether it’s a card game, the essence of game intelligence, or bringing people together, it’s all very wonderful. Uniscia’s “Pilot” has proved how outstanding local games are throughout the globe, proving that games transcend boundaries.

It seems to play a role among the participants and a part of them were addicted and said they would never play again (I am afraid a few are back in their addiction but not because of Steem Retrogame - Space Invasion which is promoted last week as well.

Puzzle games could be a good option @krucekoncept, perhaps taking as a reference photographs that are shared in our publications.
It comes to mind that, upon completing each level, the image link will appear, in addition, an automated comment is generated, informing the author that one of their images was used for the game, on the other hand, the invitation is made to participate.

Games that are circulating on the Internet are very numerous and quickly boring, unlike the old games that are addictive, before we can survive and start building, we will save first hehehe, like the IGI war game that can be saved, in the Stronghold Crusader game will really sharpen the brain and skills in outsmarting limited troops and a king must keep the fire alive.

I would like something like a space fleet/empire game. The ships and vehicles' designs should be made by persons familiar with Japanese mecha anime to be aesthetically pleasing or they would look like western sci-fi crap. Only Star Wars, Mass Effect series, and Battlestar Galactica seem to have western sci-fi aesthetics that look good.

I like to play Storytime games because it is fun to play Storytime games. Some people play Online games mostly. I myself play Online games sometimes with my friends. I would be really happy if steemit and their users gave proper attention to the Gaming Community. As a game developer, I wouldn't say that Gaming is a Bad factor in our Lives. It could also be a way of earning money by playing in proper tournaments like Esports or more local tournaments.

Games, a source of refreshment, boost our mood as they provide us a sort of entertainment, improve our skills like problem solving and increase our social circle etc. All these things we get when we play different types of games on our mobile or PC. But when we get into the habit of playing games, this thing becomes a detriment to us as we spend more and more of our time playing games.
I have witnessed that thing when I was in school a few years ago, My schedule in those days was to immediately drop my bag after coming from school, turn on the computer and start playing games. My father disliked this habit of mine because it was affecting my studies badly. Then, one day I came home from school and saw that my computer wasn't there Which later my mother told me that your father got tired of your habit and sold the computer .

Hi, @wakeupkitty.pal! I want to share something with you about Steemit and get your opinion. When I create a blog, I always forget how to format it properly, which wastes a lot of time. So, I decided to create an extension to help me reformat the text automatically. I wanted to share this idea with the Steemit community, but I’d love to hear your opinion first. Maybe someone has already created something similar, or perhaps there’s another easy solution for formatting blogs.
Note: This is just a rough idea I worked on for an hour, just the beginning! But the concept is to create an extension that reformats blog posts with just one click. I think it could be useful for both new and experienced users.
As for the game, haha! Every time I code, I end up deleting everything because I can’t get a clear idea. I've developed four games, but I always ask myself: What makes a game attract people to use Steemit? And I still haven’t found the answer.
Remark:
When I was converting the video to a GIF to share with Steemit users, I noticed that when the video is recorded incorrectly, the extension menu doesn't show up. Right now, I'm at my friend's house using their computer, and the extension and the extension code are on my computer. I can't record a new video here.
The two videos I recorded yesterday to get feedback from my friends . so now i noticed was taken incorrectly. Tomorrow, I will record them correctly and add some additional features. Sorry for the menu not showing in the first video. When you right-click, it will show "Steemit Reformatter," and from there, you can choose what you want to do with the text.

You could have uploaded the video to YouTube and share the link within your post, we would have seen a possible much better video quality than what you do in this post.

not that anyone down here's an expert but we bet you would have more success with some kind of steem-linked tamagochi or farmville clone than complex stuff like o-game ... common denominators and short sessions for generation add and commuting all come into play for these things steemville where you can pay-to-win probably even better but bem

I reduced my professional activity to a minimum so I can explore my writing. It's winter and I really don't like to go out into this weather, so, reading, writing, listening to music and drinking red wine. lol

It is cold for our reference average. Mostly, we have wind and the Atlantic showers. Still, it's way better, (and I mean a ton better), than up in Northern Europe. I'm pretty sure you'd find our winter to be like the average summer day in the Netherlands. :D
The average summer is rainiy/drizzling and by the time you go to bed it's dry... if your are lucky. It's bad for the health and joints.
