RE: ᔕᑕᗷ Upvotebots

Yes, sometimes we have to make a decision and decide what is better for us at the moment and unfortunately, there are some moments when we need something for our life that is also so important and Steem that we earned is something that allows to make it easy. The whole idea of blogging and earning is great. Of course, investors will think about less work for them, often they just might not have enough time for blogging. As you mentioned, quality content will also cost time and ideas to make something special so that curators could notice that kind of post. I believe for big investors it is not really relevant, but what is relevant for Steemians that less Steem will be circulating on market. At the end if that happens and Steem goes up, we all benefit no matter if investors of content producers. Both are valuable members for Steem platform.

I think we should pay attention to the whole Steem eco-system and make sure that everyone co-exist with each other because both are contributing with their part.

Thank you for your input, It was interesting to know your opinion.

Your explanation about upvote bots was very helpful to me. But now I have a question in my mind. There are some big curators who give post votes in exchange for Steem. Are they also included in the category of upvote bots or do they have a separate category? And what advice would you give to writers regarding this?

Because I have seen many users on this platform sending their post links to some curators along with Steem, and then their posts get voted on. I want to ask what are the rules and regulations of the Steemit Team regarding this? Please guide me.

Actually there are two different way of getting more payout for hte posts:

  • first, one a user has much Steem Power and delegates that to "Delegate for Upvote" system, such as @upvu and Co. This is what Investors use, because for delegation they receive daily upvotes and do not really pay attention what they post, because the Upvotes comes no matter you post. Of course, that can slowly spoil user and contribute that they may post something without paying attention to its quality. Understandably not everyone is posting rubbish but it is something that could happen

  • another way is when user does not have big Steem Power that he could delegate, then he can pay Steem and buy upvote, it depends how much you pay, for example this user paid 104 Steem and you can see there should be link to the post:

And, he received this for his post:

I actually do not know if they benefit from this second system, when the posts generate SBD then they may benefit from it but only with Steem definitely less.

Overall "delegate for Upvote" bring more than the second way for investors. Both of them will be considered as Upvotebots
