I too had a problem with this service and was quite surprised to find out that in order to "fix the bug in my account" there, they let it upvote with 100%, I think their developer account. I had given two full 100% votes and the account was left like that. I tagged the xpilar on their Discord channel , but no one responded to my complaint.
Then, or before that, my account was deleted from their system, also to fix the bug. So they deleted the accounts that auto-upvoted me before and despite repeated promises to restore them, they never did. I still use this service but the feeling is that my account is not in safe hands. You can feel an absolute lack of interest on the part of the developers, but also on the part of the owner, just some upvotes going around, and I also don't understand why a working thing - the previous site - had to be abandoned to move to something not working. All of their accounts feel like they've been hacked, when in fact that seems to be their real face.
Inam writing my next post now and will post it within a few minutes. My other account keeps voting the same accounts since weeks! I never reach 100 VP not even 80% and all votes are 75% which I would never give/set. I switched it off longer ago. I didn't set a trail or fanbase and changed the keys for this account as well.
It continues. You can not change or stop the settings. It shows as if you did but the upvoting continues.
So the only thing left is to powerdown and start over again?
An empty account miggt not be interesting any longer. Like you I receive no answer. I guess the team doesn't exist and advice you to stop using it and change your keys!

The team exists for sure lol. Yet what they do, and whether they do anything at all, is another thing. Your account in their system seems to have a multifaceted problem and should probably be deleted like mine lol.

They gladly help me if I contact them. No answer as to how it can be that posts don't schedule and the 15x voting for the same person, suddenly,.. there are more strange things. Via steemworld.org - authorized apps I de-activated WOX and boylikegirl app. It remains strange why 1 account keeps upvoting and the other didn't.

We identified the issue with the 15 votes—most of them were upvotes on comments made by the same person. As I mentioned, you had enabled the option to vote on comments, and a bug in the system caused the same individual to receive multiple votes on their comments.
To ensure this does not happen again, we will completely remove the option to upvote comments from our service.
