Why guidance is important?

Many Steemians join steemit platform to earn . But they don't know what is upvoting . What are it's benefits. How to upvote . How to post in correct manner etc. I was also one of them. I remember I don't know the single abc of steemit. I struggle a lot . Prehaps I can't find a good guider . That's why I struggle a lot .

Is guidance matters a lot?
Advice guidance sincerity.These are not only words .Let me say
" They are the weapons that lead you to the goal and make you success"

It is fact that it is difficult to find a good person a guider that lead you to the right path that reaches you to the destination. I have suffered a lot but then finally I met few person who guides me help me to groom. I have met @wakeupkitty who guides me with her kind words . No matter how many times I asked her questions. She didn't hesitate even one time . What happens if I can't met them? I cannot grow.
I will not get the enthusiasm to carry on.

So guidance is the lifetime assessment and a sincere guider is difficult to find .

So I think to grow on steemit we help those newcomers who newly joined steemit with our posts . Steemit platform is made to show our skills to work together point out mistakes of others guide them and make them to correct so that might be helpful to grow 💫
