ᔕᑕᗷ Week Chit-Chat

It's the weekend, hurray! What are your plans for today or week/end? Are you one of those unpaid Steemit employers, working for free? Perhaps you are moderating, curating, and writing while you help out others and multitask (pretend you have time for your family as I do right now.. we talk about the change of flora and fauna after Natural disasters and the Tchernobyl disaster doesn't count though the frogs seem to be black instead of green).

Before I start with a new Community and give myself even more work, it's better to have a chat. Fun is it that I like to share here but if you say "My day, week. life sucks" it's fine to pour out your heart here. There's no need to keep up appearances and say: There are so many whose lives are worse than mine I shouldn't complain... since the opposite is also a fact there are many who seem to hold that golden ticket. Steemit is hacked, we live in The World of Scams, corruption, and lies so please, do not fall for the next PONZI scheme @sbamsoneu, unless you think: Why not do the same?
Some do... I noticed it the past week even more and just like the friend I just had a chat with we both rather go solo than be part of a hive where you are the only one working to keep those always relaxing at the top of the hive alive. Solo is good, there's nothing egocentric about that, and it helps focus on what is important (me not you, and that job that has to be done or better a hobby).

new ᑕᑌᖇᗩTOᖇᔕ on the way

Yes, we all do our stinking best. Some work hard for a community, others only start them and delegate while they go for the glory. Glory is hard I already learned that lesson in primary school. Hard workers are needed, backstabbed, and good at doing their job (and making the school look better than that institution is). Glory, fame it all passes. We have noticed that as stolen keys reigned and present Steemians left the scene. I never thought there would be so much greed, envy, and drama behind the Steemit curtains (or is it underneath the sheets?). End good, all good? The past week didn't show that yet but stay positive (or tuned), read, and stay updated (read comments and you learn even more).

Curating... You, me, everyone who reads and upvotes curates and you can earn with it. If Steemit Inc. allows you to do their job you even earn more. It's worth trying and delegating your work or simply limiting other tasks won't harm you (or doing nothing and letting the rest of the team deal with it).
Trying to reach the top is hard work. Imagine you simple Steemian, a nobody with one account, writing one or two posts have to invest time in moderating for at least 3 if not 6 communities, you lead them, are the Admin, and of course the Country and Steemit Representative, you are the helpdesk, the scolding point, you host 8 contests per week, the winners have to be announced and if possible you should pay, reports should be written about what you did or not and of course... you should upvote, power up, support, support more and ENGAGE! It drives a sane person crazy, it makes a lazy person find a quick solution.

Before you start crying because of all those tasks and wonder how to manage time next to your job, don't worry I have found the solution, the answer is IDIOT/s

ᗪEᒪEGᗩTE, ᗪEᒪEGᗩTE, ᗪEᒪEGᗩTE!

Golden Tip!

"While I lie in my bed and have fun with my guy (we eat banana chips and tiramisu and aren't in a hurry because we have no wifi where we live) I am at work at 8 different places. How? I delegate!
My keys are divided among a group I pay and they work while I stay home and do nothing else than checking out if the rest is at work. Once your name is set in stone, and some high-ranked falls for you, you are in. The trick is to make sure you are noticed. Leave some words here and there, and beg communities if you can be their moderator (don't worry if you have no clue what to do neither have I)! Don't worry there's no need to moderate for real, just do 2 to 4 per week (your family) and let the others deal with the hard work.
Hurray, you made it, they are all happy to have you. If they ask to host a contest you pretend you didn't hear them or you post what you posted since the day you started hosting contests. Copy-past and AI remain unnoticed among admins and moderators! Isn't that cool? If you wonder why? The reason is that their posts are rarely moderated, because they claim what they write is always of a high standard and therefore good content which shows in the high upvotes."

Thanks for the tip, I must be the idiot

If you delegate your tasks, if you don't take it all too seriously, you can easily apply for curator. All you need is a name. No one will check on you if you moderated for real in all those communities you started, how committed you are, if your CSI is low, your content is badly written, if you are without a club, mess up the hashtags, change the rules halfway, or... never engage! This saves you a lot of time.

ᔕᗩTᑌᖇᗪᗩY

It's Saturday again! What are my plans? I will mainly read and write and no Steemt isn't the only place deserving my attention.I have a family but will also read over 50 essays. My e-mail box is filled with writers asking me how come I don't write if I deal with writer's block - no I'm not but my hand hurts because I still type, type, and type -. Jerry has some great tips to share, but I won't make it to write about it. I have many things to do and time passes by way too fast. The good news is my son piled up some firewood and I can sit with my feet up. I wait for a massage but I doubt it will be today.

A great Saturday to everyone, if you like you can share your plans or we chit-chat about something else.
@wakeupkitty

@solperez @blessedlife @goodybest @eveetim We can start a girl's only "coffee shop" (sure coffee only) over here. We don't need babysitters, we can relax and even introverts can join from their comfort zone.

Yes, I used the same picture again and I changed the words with Canva, isn't it amazing?

Hi ***ᔕᑕᗷ ᗰOᑎKEY ᗷᑌᔕIᑎEᔕᔕ *** community, it was nice to discover you, actually due to the weird writing of the letters it made me to look what kind of the community it is a it was interesting to find such interesting discussions. Wishing you all the best!

Weird is good since there's no intention to be a community like the rest, meaning there is nothing you can count on. Steemians can join (we will generate topics) or read, if they like to upvote and comment it's fine. We will not host contests, go for SEC, moderate or check who wrote what. The idea is to be the Chat Box Steemit is missing and next to that we hope to make people wiser, mainly by thinking for themselves.

@mikitaly and I discussed it, we liked the idea and some others I talked to as well so here we are. Weird enough to stay, if not taken seriously that's okay.
Greetings @wakeupkitty

Great! I'm excited we now have a common but hallowed place on Steemit where we can not just write but share our thoughts and learn from each other.

For the weekend, I thought I would be able to take some rest, but no. I find myself clued to the screen to the point that I began to feel headache. I wanted to sleep, the two soldiers in my house won't allow me because of their noise and disturbances.

I hope y'all have a blessed weekend.

Sorry to hear about the headache. I struggle more with my neck. A great excuse to lay down 😎 in the sun and later on my bed. It's easier to write.

We had a topic to discuss this weekend my son asked: Will your hand be deformed if you hold that phone for such a long time?

Most likely it will... Time to flat my hands a several times per day. I can sit on them or perhaps there's someone giving massages?

Tell your kids if they are silent for 2 hours (set a timer) you will reward them with... (no TV or screen time @ibesso doesn't like it)...a group yell! Everyone can schout for a minute or 5 at the top of his lungs. It might be fun.

I hope you feel better now.

♥️🍀

Thank you so much, I feel much better now. I decided to go on a break today, no writing as other days. I think I'll apply the "no TV time." Have a rewarding new week.

A great idea! I go outside after a drink with my son (doing the dishes boys + water work wonder well). You'll see without TV we have an ocean of time, same if we switch off the other screens!

Have fun!. 😎🍀♥️

Great idea, thanks for this.

Yes, it is, I think its very practical, and we know it's you. (Really, I have no problem with that).

Steemit is made by humans and a perfect system to make some people take advantage, then we can expect some play idiot, some get the reward, some curate what they never do, like in real life.

Today I'll be doing what I have done all the month, take care of what I didn't while I was literally stuck online for a few pennies and a lot of discouraging. Maybe I was just trying to run away from duties at home until the bomb exploited and everything made this the best time to pay attention and solve some things.

Here it's still not noon, but I must confess I would love some stronger beverage than coffee...and more relaxing.

I embrace you

Let's forget about the coffee there are better drinks. Besides who decides when we should eat or drink what? Weekend or not we are here night and day. Let's see what I can serve...

Always liked this one

Blue Curacao?

We might need a waiter 😎

It's Saturday again! What are my plans? I'm thinking of spending the day reading and writing, and of course, Steemit isn't the only place that deserves my attention.

The Tale of Goodybest, haha 😂. I already knew that this platform could be so addictive, but it looks like we're in it now and there's no going back. My Saturday was pretty well spent. I worked for 8 hours here, taking breaks in between to take care of my kids - you know, feeding them and changing diapers. I also spent 3 hours studying with my kids. Then, I went to the salon to get my hair and my baby girl's hair done. When I got back, I showered the kids and prepared dinner. After eating, I tried to work here again, but ended up dozing off. Haha 😂. Now here I am, finding myself writing at this late hour of the night: 1:03 AM.

We can start a girls-only "coffee shop" (yep, just coffee) over here.

I'm in! Let's give it a try and see how it goes.

Super! I will start the topic this week and we call it something like _Girls Only! _

It sounds as if you had a very productive day. It felt not as if it was to me though I went to bed at 4 am. 🥴

No market for me but I spent some hours in tje sun dozing (freedom) and felt more productive today (always good).

The Story of Goodybest sounds like a bestseller.. You could write about that. 😁

A great evening and with some luck you have a great night REST!

♥️🍀

Do you see why it's good to have smart friends? You just give me a very good niche to establish, I hope I it will turn out well.

You can do it! Just write like you talk to a friend complaining and jokes included. Girl, you are great at it. If you like you can start with a post and I answer.

I thought about finding you some cheer team

Here are Vienna's Fearing Leaders!🥳

I find you a better one after you stopped laughing! Or I did 🤣
