Set a Beneficiary - Everyone does it!

in ᔕᑕᗷ ᗰOᑎKEY ᗷᑌᔕIᑎEᔕᔕ2 months ago

What a fun I have since September 1st reading comments... I discovered a lot and indeed I heard more and also figured out a lot. It keeps me surprised how many are supported without any reason and that's what I hope to change a bit. Most likely that won't happen because those who continue with whatever they are doing don't care about what I care but still, I am doing it because everyone does it, right?
I noticed answering notifications is no hobby on this platform and those who do... it doesn't make an interesting read if you notice that many who do leave a comment always say exactly the same. Wow, what an engagement we have

EᐯEᖇYOᑎE ᗪOEᔕ IT?

It's a good reason not to do it and try something new for a change. You might discover a lot of info if you read an account's comments and replies! Try it for a change, can be that here is where the good content hides and the fun is.

Not funny is if you read how always the same question for help is asked and no founder, administrator, or moderator of a community takes the time to answer!

@rony-hafiz does his best and keeps asking how to set a community as a beneficiary see here. I find it a big shame no one cares! No one, I care and I wrote the answer back but I like to know why not one single person gives a hand, what is taught to those who are new on @steemit, and what that certificate stands for (good to go I read but it clearly does not stand for anything ).

Is it possible for the welcome committee to give a hand here or do those achievements make those wiser who want to join the Steemit party?

Dear @rony-hafiz,

There is something I like you to know. You do not always support the growth of a community, it can also be you support someone's private project here or there and we will never know if the money will arrive. Next to that Steemit has also "aid funds" which you can support if you like. They most likely publish reports and tell you exactly where the Steem flows and how the project ends.
If you support the growth of a community ask yourself what is in it for you? Are you paying the salary of the Admin and/or mod or will you receive some support (answers, engagement, encouraging comment, an upvote).

I have good news for you: there are communities willing to answer and they won't charge you 10% or more from the 0 you earn. How does that sound?

ᑕOᗰᗰᑌᑎITIEᔕ that love seeing you

and.... there is WOX

You said it right dear. We always see that the quality posts that a Steemian write it. We don't engage and some goes disheart. Mostly all see and read but doesn't engage.

We set beneficiary tag the people in short we are shouting secretly
See us we are here!
It is true that the moderators curators don't have enough time to read all the comments and reply them but I am not talking about only moderators and curators I am talking about all the steemians.

We don't encourage others we don't point out mistakes unless someone ask
Is it right?
We see posts see mistakes and let them do that. We all learn grow gradually and insists other to help us.
Some we ask help and some ignore that messages.

Not talking about all but talking about most.
We all should help each other point out mistakes.

Moreover you write something interesting 🍀❤️

When we step out of our circle, we discover many things, both good and bad. And especially if we get the opportunity to do so while holding a position, we have unique experiences. The important thing is to have a sense of responsibility.

In my opinion, you should include such points in your weekly report. I observed Your attention is more on comments along with posts. And indeed, it's a different world. Sometimes comments are off-topic and sometimes they are full of spam and sometimes important queries. But no one cares. Especially for newbies.

Because we are all busy in our own circles. Here everyone thinks they are very hardworking and should be supported. But it's up to the Big Curators to decide who to support and who to ignore. You have discovered many things in few days. Suppose if you get the responsibility of Sc01, then your thoughts will be a bit different from the present.

As for the beneficiary issue, I have already done it before. But now I don't do it. There's a big reason behind it which I don't think is better to discuss here. Rather setting a community account as a beneficiary, i feel better spending 10% of my post's earnings to help someone in need around me.

Upvoted! Thank you for supporting witness @jswit.
