Sheer khurma is a famous dessert made from milk with dates and other dried fruits, and full with nuts and vermicelli. It's creamy and comforting, and a classic and special dish for Eid-al-Fitr but we cam cook many other occasion. We can say it vermicelli pudding 🍮.
