ADDITIONAL RULES FOR HIVE-152200 COMMUNITY SUBSCRIBERS

@blessed-girl left an announcement on our Discord Community covering some new rules. It appears that some of the same violations are happening here. I will paste in the exact announcement left on our Discord Community. Our curators do a lot each week and there are somethings as a subscriber that you can do to make their jobs easier. Also, because we curate so many publications each week things have to change so we can give everyone an equal chance at getting their publication curated. If you do not understand something here please ask @blessed-girl.

I am sure many of you have notice I am not very active at this time. Many reasons led me to take this approach. I still keep an eye on things, I am just less involved.

Greetings @everyone.
We have some announcements for you, in order to improve our work.

1. In our promotion channels, it will only be allowed to place a publication link every 6 hours per person.
2. Please only put the link once. It is not necessary to place it several times. (it could be taken as spam)
3. If your post is from steemit, you must place the link in the "Steem post promo" channel.
4. If your post is from Hive, you must place the link in the "Hive post promo" channel.

Many people are placing their links on the 2 channels and this causes delays at the time of curating.

It is very important to respect these rules since some people have been defaulting, placing their links on both channels or placing links every hour. Therefore, from this moment, when this breach occurs you will get a warning. The second time you will be banned and you will have to send a private message requesting letting you back on. Only "if you decide to respect all the rules".

Tenemos algunos anuncios para ustedes, con la finalidad de mejorar nuestro trabajo.

1. En nuestros canales de promoción solo estará permitido colocar 1 link de publicación cada 6 hora por persona.
2. Por favor sólo coloque el link una vez. No es necesario colocarlo varias veces. (eso podría tomarse como spam)
3. Si su publicación es de steemit, usted debe colocar el link en el canal " Steem post promo".
4. Si su publicación es de Hive, usted debe colocar el link en el canal " Hive post promo".
   Muchas personas están colocando sus link en los 2 canales y eso provoca atrasos en el momento de comisariar.

Es muy importante respetar estos anuncios ya que algunas personas han estado incumpliendo, colocando sus links en ambos canales o colocando links a cada hora.

A final word is for those of you who use accounts that have not had any new publications for awhile, but then comment in order to get an up-vote. When I see this I can only assume you are "farming for votes", and I am directing my curators to feel free to mute you in the community and within the curation account. You are only hurting those who are trying hard to do quality publications and make it on these platforms. In my opinion this is cheating and outright fraud.

As I reduce my involvement on these platforms I am trying to to keep the curating accounts active. It is 99% my investment getting those accounts going with my delegations to them or directly sending tokens. I have been reinvesting everything they generate to build our voting power. I have been paying curators through my personal account, but in time their pay will have to come from the curating accounts. So if you want to to see this project continue then work with us.

Also, for those who publish many posts in a single day you will need to refrain from placing so many links in the 152200 community. Use the same rule as for our Discord Community ("place a publication link every 6 hours per person.") It is great that you use our community to publish, but too many links in a day is not okay. I am leaving it to my curator's judgment on how to handle this. If you end up getting muted you will have to ask to be reinstated. That too will be up to the curator who muted you.

It has been awhile but I have had users be rude to people working for me. The last person was muted indefinitely. If you saw the number of people I have muted in my personal account you would understand I do not have a problem doing this, and/or supporting my people.

Una última palabra para aquellos de ustedes que utilizan cuentas que no han tenido ninguna publicación nueva durante un tiempo, pero que luego comentan para obtener un voto favorable. Cuando veo esto, sólo puedo asumir que están "farming for votes", y estoy dirigiendo a mis curadores para que se sientan libres de silenciarlos en la comunidad y dentro de la cuenta de curaduría. Lo dejo al juicio de mi curador sobre cómo manejar esto. Si terminas callado tendrás que pedir que te reintegren. Eso también dependerá del curador que te haya silenciado.

Ha pasado un tiempo, pero he tenido usuarios que han sido groseros con la gente que trabaja para mí. La última persona fue silenciada indefinidamente. Si vieras el número de personas que he silenciado en mi cuenta personal entenderías que no tengo problemas en hacer esto, y/o en apoyar a mi gente. No habrá excepciones para silenciar permanentemente su cuenta si esto sucede.
