Be Honest to Yourself

Last night I'm not feeling well. But still I manage to take a selfie. But look how I look like at my selfie. ? You will actually noticed that my smile is fake.
How can you put a better smile if your not okay. Our facial expressions can really detect or determine what's our emotions are. So lets not cheat ourselves. Let us show ourselves on what feeling we really are into. In that way whats inside our heart can move on and can be really happy, not just the fake one. Thats all everyone. All I wanted to say is that be honest to yourself.
