Hello @r2cornell, good night everyone, I wish you good health and easy sustenance for everyone. Amen In this post I want to tell how the food or menus typical of my region or other regions that I post can run very well and have been in demand by many people since I posted on my community r2cornell post. This time I want to share some of the menus that I cooked myself and I took photos in this 1 week.

Duck egg lodeh sauce
How to make :
A. Puree shallots, garlic, a little turmeric, small chilies, and tamarind kandis.
B. After the marinade is mashed, cook with coconut milk from 1 coconut, wait for the broth to boil then add the duck eggs one by one, pay attention not to break the yolk when pouring it into the sauce.
C. After all the eggs are put into the broth, keep stirring so they don't clot, wait a few moments until the eggs are cooked and the yolks are intact. Once cooked, turn off the heat and serve.

Sauté spicy oysters
How to make:
A. Wash the oysters thoroughly then drain
B. Chop tomatoes, red chilies, green chilies, shallots, garlic, ginger, leaf of preh and bay leaves, wash clean.
C. After everything is ready to be chopped, heat the oil then saute the ingredients until wilted and fragrant, then add the oysters and give a little water, add salt to taste. See that everything has been mixed and the oysters are reduced, turn off the heat and serve.

Squid curry - potato squid
How to make it:
A. Clean the squid and potatoes and then poyong them into 2 parts of squid and 3 parts of potatoes.
B. Puree the seasoning of shallots, garlic, red chilies, hazelnut, a little cumin, a little pepper, turmeric, small chilies, a little coriander.
C. After everything is smooth, saute in hot oil and add the bay leaves, lemongrass, and coconut milk from 1 coconut, after adding everything, then put the squid, wait a few moments, put the potatoes, and wait until it doesn't smell of spices anymore, that's a sign it's ripe. serve and serve.
