Somos Sᴛᴀʀꜱ ᴏғ Sᴛᴇᴇᴍ, la comunidad donde puedes brillar como una estrella, en donde se busca cumplir con la misión de brindar un espacio en donde los creadores de contenidos, de toda manifestación artística y de todo aquel en donde su autenticidad y creatividad sea su estandarte a la hora de realizar sus publicaciones. Luego de nuestra experiencia en la temporada tres del Steemit Engagement Challenge en donde se nos brindó la oportunidad de asumir el gran reto como equipo de trabajo, podemos decir que contribuyó de manera favorable en el mejoramiento del desarrollo de nuestras labores en cuanto al cumplimiento de la planificación acordada, logrando de esta manera una compenetración más completa de todos los integrantes del liderazgo de la comunidad.
We are Sᴛᴀʀꜱ ᴏғ Sᴛᴇᴇᴍ, the community where you can shine like a star, where we seek to fulfill the mission of providing a space where content creators, all artistic manifestations and everyone whose authenticity and creativity is their standard when making your posts. After our experience in season three of the Steemit Engagement Challenge where we were given the opportunity to take on the great challenge as a work team, we can say that it contributed favorably to the improvement of the development of our work in terms of compliance with the agreed planning, thus achieving a more complete understanding of all the members of the community leadership.
Está es nuestra solicitud para formar parte de la quinta temporada de Steemit Engagement Challenge, esperamos ser seleccionados para así continuar sirviendo como propulsores de la exclusividad, la originalidad y la creatividad pero también servir de impulso para toda la comunidad de la plataforma mediante esta iniciativa propuesta por @steemitblog.
This is our request to be part of the fourth season of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, we hope to be selected in order to continue serving as promoters of exclusivity, originality and creativity but also to serve as a boost for the entire platform community through this proposed initiative. by @steemitblog.
Propósito / Purpose:
El enfoque de la comunidad es servir de impulso para que todos los usuarios que se integren en Stars Of Steem puedan expresar su talento dentro de este universo. Cómo comunidad nos centramos en apoyar "Artistas y Artesanos", es decir en todo tipo de arte y creación, pero sin excluir a nadie que pueda brindar un buen contenido. Algunos tipos de arte que deseamos resaltar en la comunidad son: escritura, música, baile, dibujo, fotografía, cocina, manualidades, cultura, artesanías, todo contenido en el que se demuestre el arte y la creatividad siempre que sea original, de calidad y exclusivo para Steemit; en nuestro objetivo esta apoyar y desarrollar las iniciativas lanzadas por Steemit Inc.
The focus of the community is to serve as a boost so that all users who join Stars Of Steem can express their talent within this universe. As a community we focus on supporting "Artists and Artisans", that is, in all kinds of art and creation, but without excluding anyone who can provide good content. Some types of art that we want to highlight in the community are: writing, music, dance, drawing, photography, cooking, crafts, culture, handicrafts, all content that demonstrates art and creativity as long as it is original, of quality and exclusive for Steemit; Our goal is to support and develop the initiatives launched by Steemit Inc.
Historia de la comunidad / community history:
Todo empezó con un sueño de @edlili24 de crear un espacio donde se valorará el arte y las virtudes de cada creador, la comunidad obtuvo un crecimiento progresivo desde su comienzo ya que la receptividad de los usuarios ha sido sumamente positiva debido a la integralidad ofrecida en "Stars Of Steem". Al pasar el tiempo hemos mantenido los principios comunitarios y establecido diferentes programas que han servido de impulso y motivación para idear, ayudar y formar a toda la comunidad en general.
It all started with a dream of @edlili24 to create a space where the art and virtues of each creator will be valued, the community has achieved progressive growth since its inception since the receptivity of users has been extremely positive due to the comprehensiveness offered in "Stars Of Steem". Over time we have maintained the community principles and established different programs that have served as a boost and motivation to devise, help and train the entire community in general.
Hemos permanecido enfocados en nuestros objetivos y que nos han llevado a ser una de las comunidades más sostenibles de la plataforma a través de las iniciativas, programaciones y estrategias interactivas que afianzan la permanencia de cada miembro y que atraen a nuevos usuarios dando un impulso para la creación de buen contenido.
We have remained focused on our objectives and that have led us to be one of the most sustainable communities on the platform through initiatives, programming and interactive strategies that strengthen the permanence of each member and that attract new users, giving a boost to the creating good content.

La cuenta de curaduría de la comunidad es @hive-151446, desde su apertura trabajamos en el crecimiento de su SP, es decir Steem Power, porque tenemos claro que una cuenta sólida otorgará el apoyo necesario a toda la comunidad e impulsará el equilibrio de Stars Of Steem y la plataforma, a través de encendidos llegamos a obtener un 17,607.70 de Steem Power propio y a su vez contamos con otra parte que ha sido delegada por los miembros de 26,791.74 SP.

Para comprobar la originalidad y exclusividad del contenido compartido en cada publicación dentro de la comunidad, previo al comentario de validación o verificación (donde exponemos el estado del club del usuario, sí el contenido del post esta libre de plagio o spam , si no ha delegado a ningún bots, incluso sí se ha integrado a burnsteem25) recurrimos a las herramientas necesarias para corroborar la autenticidad de imágenes y texto (esto lo comprobamos principalmente en https://plagiarismdetector.net/es y otras aplicaciones como Google Lens), luego evaluamos a través de https://steemworld.org el estado de la cuenta del usuario y su interacción con la comunidad.
To check the originality and exclusivity of the content shared in each publication within the community, prior to the validation or verification comment (where we expose the status of the user's club, if the content of the post is free of plagiarism or spam, if it has not delegated to any bots, even if it has been integrated into burnsteem25) we use the necessary tools to verify the authenticity of images and text (we check this mainly on https://plagiarismdetector.net/es and other applications such as Google Lens) , then we evaluate through https://steemworld.org the status of the user's account and their interaction with the community.
¿Cómo la comunidad ayuda a los miembros a mejorar la calidad de sus publicaciones? / How does the community help members improve the quality of their posts?
Por medio de tres estrategias comunitarias hemos venido promoviendo a los usuarios para que se conviertan en buenos creadores de contenido, primero por medio de las publicaciones de información y formativas lanzadas desde la cuenta comunitaria y sirviendo de ejemplo con las publicaciones que el equipo lleva a cabo. Otra manera es a través de los comentarios donde integramos sugerencias y recomendaciones para que el usuario pueda mejorar y seguir avanzando. Actualmente hemos creado grupos para interactuar mediante las redes sociales y así lograr una comunicación asertiva y más cercana con cada miembro de la comunidad, ya que estos canales sirven para aclarar dudas y dirigir correctamente a cada creador, artista o usuario.
Through three community strategies we have been promoting users to become good content creators, first through information and training publications launched from the community account and serving as an example with the publications that the team carries out . Another way is through the comments where we integrate suggestions and recommendations so that the user can improve and continue advancing. Currently we have created groups to interact through social networks and thus achieve assertive and closer communication with each member of the community, since these channels serve to clarify doubts and correctly direct each creator, artist or user.

¿Por qué la comunidad debe ser seleccionada para el Desafío? / Why should the community be selected for the Challenge?
Ya tuvimos nuestra primera experiencia en la tercera temporada y ese es un punto a favor porque ya conocemos como es el movimiento en esta iniciativa, teniendo claro que cada concurso debe inspirar y que la interacción en las participaciones es de suma relevancia; sabemos que estamos capacitados para asumir este compromiso nuevamente, ya que resaltamos que tenemos un sistema de trabajo eficiente, dinámico y ordenado; ahora contamos con un equipo aún más sólido y responsable con sus tareas a ejecutar, estamos firmes en nuestros principios comunitarios y llegamos a establecer una comunicación eficaz con cada usuario sin distinciones ni alteraciones, manteniendo la ética e integridad.
We already had our first experience in the third season and that is a point in favor because we already know what the movement is like in this initiative, being clear that each contest must inspire and that the interaction in the participations is of the utmost relevance; we know that we are able to assume this commitment again, since we emphasize that we have an efficient, dynamic and orderly work system; now we have an even more solid and responsible team with its tasks to execute, we are firm in our community principles and we have managed to establish effective communication with each user, without distinctions or alterations, maintaining ethics and integrity.
