Wanna Play?............. NW Cascade Wanderings

Phoenix was on an adventure! It’s ice fishing season and she was headed over to eastern Washington to compete in an ice fishing derby! That meant a stay over at a local motel where she was obviously eager to play Yahtzee! See the anticipation on her face?

It was fairly cold but brilliantly sunny. She doesn’t look like she’s having much fun , poor girl!

She’s one tired girl after all that fishing!

Today saw us heading to church in colder weather than we’ve been having. It was 24 degrees Fahrenheit. Church was awesome as usual. Once finished, we headed for home. It still had not warmed up much. 🥶

I had decided today, to take down the Christmas tree along with outlying decorations. It was time. I miss the extra light from the tree for sure. I am glad it’s all put away for another year.

Despite the cold, this little amazing specimen is thriving! If you can zoom the phot, do so-it’s pretty amazing!
