Summer Finally Made It!............. NW Cascade Wanderings

Summer finally made it! We’ve been stuck in June-uary for the past few weeks barely making it most days, to 60 degrees and with rain. The clouds have cleared and it hit 80, so my dashboard thermometer said. I did spend the day at work, so when I got out, it was pleasant. The forecast is mostly for highs in the 70’s or just over 80, with a couple days in the mid 60’s. I think we might be able to say bye-bye to June-uary! 👋

Work today was a mixed bag of busyness. We had a couple of ‘no-shows’ but plenty of work to keep us busy plus a couple of ‘crazies’ just for fun! 🤪

I’ve got plenty to do in the morning. I’ve got insurance verifications for a full instead of a half day for the doc. I’m pretty sure Donna abandoned ship on it even though she had originally wanted to do it. I will find out in the morning.

After tomorrow is done, Friday is my much awaited and needed ‘me, myself and I’ day. I’m looking forward to it. Now if folks would forget to call and/or stop by, that’d make it even better! 😁😎👍
