Happy Friday!............. NW Cascade Wanderings

TGIF! I hope everyone had an enjoyable day!

My workday started out with a bang! My coworker was 40 minutes late-AGAIN-and I had multiple patients along with the phone going off! Where’s my help when I could use them?!

Work frustrations abound especially given that besides being busy all day, the afternoon took the cake when I had a patient who needed multiple issues solved, another waiting in the wings, one about to come out of the doc’s office who’d need my help and a frame rep who stopped by unannounced as is his M.O. It’s nice to be needed but I could use a little less of it, lol!

Nonetheless, the day is over and the weekend has arrived. I’m looking forward to sleep and hopefully waking up refreshed. They’re calling for snow, but I’m kind of the mindset that I’ll believe it when I see it on the ground! In the meantime, enjoy some retrievals from the archives.

That’s gonna be it for now. Take care and enjoy the weekend. Tell somebody you love them, for if nothing else, the events of Wednesday and now this afternoon, remind us just how fragile life is and that there is no guarantee of how long any of us have until we are not of this world any longer. 🙏🌎🙏
