Bzzzz...................... NW Cascade Wanderings

I was a bzzzzzz-y gal today at work. I had somewhere close to a dozen glasses orders to do from yesterday due to training Donna and having to figure out on some of them what she had done in the system and how to fix it. There were some exam only’s to enter and contact lenses to order. Packages to fix for shipping and trying to get as much, if not all of that plus anything today, done. Walk in traffic was minimal, but a couple of them were time consuming. Phone traffic wasn’t too bad fortunately. Unfortunately, it all took all day and I’m a fast worker! There’s a lot of steps and multiple systems that need accessing for each order. I can’t begin to imagine how it would have been to have a doc with patients there! I might would still be there, lol. The checks and the insurance verifications will just have to wait!
