Hello dear fitness lovers, welcome to week 2 of this fitness contest topic. We all know that as long as you are exercising, you are bound to sweat. Have you ever wondered what you are achieving by sweating it out? Have you ever taken a picture of your sweaty face?
In this week's contest, we will like to know what you think sweating it out does to your body, we will like to know what you exercise programs you did that made you sweat, we will like to know how you feel when you sweat. It is a simple contest topic that every fitness lover will like to take part in. The following tips will serve as a guide

👉 Take a picture or video of your sweaty face and upload. Explain the picture to us
👉 How did you stay hydrated during this week exercise programs and what's the quantity of water you took this week?
