I Love My Body / Cardiovascular Exercises

I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. I have been thinking for a long time that I will participate in the steemit learning challenge but it has not started. Finally, after a break, the 23rd season of the Steemit Learning Challenge has come to us. And I am very happy to see the exercise challenge in this time's learning challenge.

If the body is good, the mind is good. And if the mind is good, the mind can concentrate on work and work well. So there is no alternative to keeping the body good. And regular exercise is very important for a healthy body. Because regular exercise keeps both the body and the mind good.

In the first week we will focus on cardiovascular exercises which are shown in the lesson video. I told you about how our body stays healthy through exercise and I will show you my steps through the video. So let's start my post today without further ado.

What is cardiovascular exercises?


According to the lesson, cardiovascular exercise helps to make our heart stronger. Due to which we can be protected from many heart diseases and can live a beautiful and healthy life. There are many people in our society who cannot do this cardiovascular exercise. They work in the office all day, so they do not have enough time to do this exercise. That is why they feel tired while working in the office.

Aerobic dance

Cardiovascular exercise is very easy and you don't have to buy any equipment for this exercise, which saves money. But even though this exercise is not expensive, it is very important. Because our heart is healthy as a result of this cardiovascular exercise. There is no alternative to this cardiovascular exercise for us to live a healthy and beautiful life. Because as a result, we can save ourselves from many diseases.

Why is it importan ?


Cardiovascular exercise provides us with many benefits to keep our bodies healthy. Some of the benefits are mentioned below:

  • Strengthens the heart. As a result, it reduces the risk of all heart diseases. As a result, many major diseases can be prevented.

  • Increases breath. Many people get short of breath in any field of work. But if you do this heart-related exercise, your breath increases, so you can work for a much longer time.

  • Maintains body weight and reduces belly fat. Many people cannot do any work properly due to excess fat in their body. If you do this exercise, your body weight will be controlled.

  • Focuses on work. If you exercise, your mind focuses on work. As a result, you can perform any work well.

  • Sleeps well. If you do this exercise, the body gets tired. As a result, sleep is much better. And if you sleep well, the body also stays well.


Programs that target the cardio


Among the various programs and exercises for heart health, the post highlights two specific activities. The first of which is running in place and the second is aerobic exercise. I found aerobic exercise a little different. I did it for the first time in my life and I liked it a lot. As part of my homework, I completed these exercises and recorded them in a video demonstration. Below is the link to the AR video:

Running in place

First I did the program of running in place. While doing this, I was moving forward for a while. And while doing this, my body felt very light. I sweated a little while running in place. It not only targeted my heart health but it also increased my endurance. While I was running, I noticed that my heart rate increased. I enjoyed it a lot.

However, aerobic exercise was a completely new exercise for me. I had never done it before. So it took me a while to do it. At first I tried and failed a few times. But after a few tries, I succeeded in doing it. While doing aerobic exercise, my body sweated a lot and my body became very light. My pulse rate was increasing and I was getting very tired. But I was enjoying it a lot. While doing it, I thought it would take a long time. But I succeeded in just 3 attempts.

How did this programs impact your mental health?


Before doing this exercise, I did some housework. Due to which I was a little tired. And I was sitting alone at home feeling sad. Then when I did this exercise, my body became strong and my mind also became relaxed. Then I felt as if I had regained new energy. After doing the exercise, I took a bath and lay down and fell into a deep sleep. And when I woke up, all my stress and tension had disappeared.

I can say that cardiovascular exercise is of immense importance in rejuvenating mental health, because I myself have been relieved of mental worries and distress by doing this exercise.


Dear @ngoenyi and @genomil I am so happy to submit my homework task for the first week. I really enjoyed this cardiovascular exercise. And it has had a lot of positive effects on my body. I will do this exercise at least 2 days a week from now on. I am also eagerly waiting to participate in the 2nd week of this challenge.
