Body fitness or exercise really helps the body's system it prevents sickness and also makes you sleep well, exercise is something I don't joke with at all because I know the use of them, fitness and exercise also free us from fat through sweat it also reduces the risk of chronic diseases like obesity and diabetes, exercise helps in better bone health, and it also helps to reduce the risk of bone getting broken.
Fitness helps a lot because I have seen someone who is very fat, but immediately the person starts doing fitness or workout, he starts losing weight, his mental health improves, and lastly, fitness increases strength and endurance.
I really appreciate your long and encouraging comments, you're right on every point you made and they're clearly understandable. When it comes to losing weight, improving our mental health, strengthening our bones, salvaging from incurable disease and etc, exercise play a crucial roles in executing this negative effect on us if not entirely but extend our lifespan.
