You must join oooo, you have to come and strengthen those lower body muscles if you truly love your body.
It is not by magic that I did them. It's simply a product of consistency and not allowing the pains I experience to stop me from repeating the same program. As for your arms, try to repeat those programs and see if the pains won't disappear. I will be waiting for your entry

Yes ma’am…I will join. I’ve already done mine, I wil send in my entry soon. I will try and repeat the exercises to alleviate the pain like you advised.
