For week one, students are going to carry out the following tasks:
Carry out running in place and aerobic dances for 30 minutes.
Record a 5 minutes video of the both programs as follows
Running in place for 1 minute, then 10 seconds rest and a 1 minute running in place without editing the video
Aerobic dance for the remaining 2.50 minutes non stop

We will ensure that we develop the remaining weeks as a hands-on/practical task for the students
