@kuhinoor, we appreciate your interest in joining this fitness training and dropping your entry. I want to take it to you desire to keep fit and want to know how to do it right and that is why you have taken this bold step. Note the following points below:

  • You have attempted the questionnaire but it seems your submission is not accurate. One of such evidence is from your BMI. Judging from your height and weight, your BMI is 21.9 which is normal. I had to convert your height to cm by using the standard conversation value which is 30.48 cm per one feet. Please take note of that.

  • Even though you have clearly stated that you understand the importance of exercising, you have not done any physical exercise, aside the early morning walk for a short period of time which you mentioned.

  • When it comes to how many days you exercise in a week, you have only given suggestions instead of your own practical report. You are expected to tell us how many days you exercise.

  • Try to avoid late night food.

  • We recommend that you try to exercise at least 3 times a week. Your house chores is stress on itself and doesn't represent exercises. On the contrary, regular exercise helps you deal with stress.

  • If you follow our fitness routine, you will come to learn and love exercising. We hope to see you start as a beginner because cutting down on your calories will no doubt help you burn down some fats but wouldn't keep you as healthy as one who combines it with exercising.
