Application for a teaching team for season 22
We are here to apply as a teaching team for the upcoming season 22 of the platform's teaching challenges. We continue to insist that physical activity is the way to improve our quality of life, since it gives us energy, physical, mental and emotional health and keeps us in good spirits to face all situations in life, including all our activity on Steemit.
In season 20 we had the opportunity to reach all of you through an intensive 6-week physical plan. On this occasion, and in view of the proximity of the holiday season , where we are all focused on many things at once, we want to bring you a mix of theory and practice with vitally important information to carry out any physical activity, giving the opportunity to those sedentary people to be encouraged to participate and to propose to start the year 2025 with another attitude towards physical activity. Here, there are no limits of age or time, only the will to participate, learn and act is required.

I am Mrs Nwankwere Ngozi Enyinnaya, known as @ngoenyi on the Steemit platform.
I joined Steemit since 2020 and since then, I have been actively blogging except for when I turned off for a good reason.
I developed interest in fitness when I had pains on my knees which was disorganised as osteoarthritis in 2022. I was advised to start exercising and I witnessed first hand the benefits of exercising because as at today, the pain has disappeared. I came to love exercising so much that I rose above my contemporaries in our group then. Seeing my love and passion for fitness, my coach them picked me up and always used me to represent him whenever he is absent and to also be his second when he is coaching. I developed the act of coaching others and started that journey fully.
I am currently a fitness instructor, coaching a group of over 30 clients since March 2024. I have recorded so many successes in the field and there is a lot of testimonies from those I have been coaching. Luckily, I have some steemians who are also my clients here on the blog. I took the lead in season 20.
I am versatile in this field because I have the programs at my finger tips as to how to lose belly fats, get a firmer arms, legs, butts, tights and more.

I have always liked to do exercises, but for a little more than 10 years I have been doing it constantly, which has allowed me an integral well-being, balancing my physical, mental and emotional health.
I started for my own motivation, currently I receive the advice of a specialist athletics coach, since I train to participate in races from 10km to 21km, with my experience as an athlete I am to support our instructor @ngoenyi and together get you to also do exercises.

During the course of the six weeks of this workshop we propose the following teaching topics:
Week 1: The importance of exercising
Focused on teaching the importance of exercising for comprehensive physical, mental and emotional health. In these times of stress to solve economic situations, we live in constant acceleration, without time to dedicate to health, which is detrimental, we want to emphasize that just by dedicating at least one hour a day to exercise we can keep diseases away from our lives and have a better quality of life, since with health we can achieve everything else.
Week 2: Determine my body type
Determining the body type of each participant will allow them to more easily adapt the training to their specific physical condition.
The main objective is self-knowledge, which will guarantee better results, the student will be able to determine their body type, noting the advantages and disadvantages of it, which will make possible a better planning of their training and achievement of their objectives.
Week 3: The role of the coach
There are many people who exercise without consulting a professional in the area, which leads to possible injuries. On the other hand, there are other people who play the role of coach without being qualified to do so. This is even worse, since the athlete blindly trusts this person and makes plans that do not adapt to their physical condition, which will undoubtedly lead to injuries, so having the advice of a professional is of vital importance.
The objective is for the student to become aware of the role played by the qualified coach in carrying out a training plan adapted to their individual characteristics and capabilities.
Week 4: Technology applied to exercise
In current times where technology has advanced rapidly, devices designed to monitor any physical activity are available for all tastes and for all activities.
The parameters that are measured range from calories burned to heart rate. Distance, pace, speed, altitude, etc., and each of them allows us to optimize the activity and monitor our progress, while checking health parameters.
Week 5: Importance of healthy eating and proper hydration
Doing exercises alone, without accompanying it with a balanced diet and proper hydration, does not allow us to achieve the desired objectives, in addition to affecting our health and consequently our physical performance, which is why we want to emphasize this point.
Week 6: Exercise challenge
We want to use this last week for a double purpose, first the participants will do a daily exercise challenge, you can do it in 45 minutes of your day, maximum one hour according to your abilities and second, we take the opportunity to encourage you to start an exercise challenge with us this coming year, either to lose weight, gain muscle mass, tone up or for maintenance.
If we are given another opportunity to teach in this season 21, we will motivate many if not all steemians to take part in fitness activities not just now but throughout their life time. We will as well continue to monitor those who have developed the exercising from season 20 and those who were already into fitness. The aim to to stay fit always.
