WHAT IS CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES

Cardiovascular exercises, is one of the exercises that help to increase your heart rate and it also help to improve the efficiency of your cardiovascular system. These exercises is one exercise that you have to keep on doing if you really want to enlarge your muscles.

Cardiovascular exercises has some good examples which we should all know

  • Aerobics classes
  • Jumping rope
  • Boxing or kickboxing
  • Brisk walking
  • Jogging or running
  • Swimming
    *Cycling
  • Dancing

Why Is Important

It is very important to keep doing more of cardiovascular exercises because it's comes with a lot of benefits and you can only see this benefit as you grow older. Cardiovascular exercises are very useful so far that human being health is concerned, it's comes with a lot of benefits for both mental health and physical health.

For example I will love to look at the physical benefits of cardiovascular exercises

For the physical Health Benefits let's check out the healthy benefits.

  • Cardiovascular exercises helps to Improves Heart Health, it strengthens the lungs and the heart, it also helps in improving circulation and also reducing the risk of heart disease.
  • it increases the function of the Lung by improving the capacity of the lung and it's efficiency which makes it very easier for breathing.
  • Another benefit is that it boosts Endurance, and it helps one to gain more energy for daily activities.
  • Another strong benefits is that instead of gaining more weight, you lose it by burning down some calories and maintain a healthy weight.

As for the Mental Health Benefits

  • it helps in Reducing Stress and Anxiety, stress is one of the major problems we are having especially after a long house chors but with cardiovascular exercises it will reduce the stress and it will make you feel better.
  • this is another aspect of Cardiovascular exercises, it helps in reducing any symptoms of depression and sadness, there is how your mode is not united and you feel so frustrated in lifeI so with cardiovascular exercises you will be normal without depression.

Now let's check the programe for the week.

In season 23 week 1, the program is all about cardio so this week cardiovascular exercises was based on two examples of cardiovascular exercises which are, running in place and aerobics dance.

Programs that target the cardio.
This week focus is on two cardio exercises which I've successfully executed, running in place and aerobics dance. The two exercises are represented below.

Aerobics dance

Now let's look at what is been known as running in place, this is the activities that you don't have to run around but you stand at a particular spot and run.

Then we look at what Aerobic dance is, this particular exercise is very interesting, imagine exercising while dancing, with a good music on background, but you have to put in your best.

I will update the breakdown of the cardio exercises that I took part for week 1 course, this includes the minutes and rest period.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain.

As I took part in the cardiovascular exercise programs, most importantly the running in place for 2 minutes with just 10 seconds rest and the aerobic dance which was 2 minutes and 50 seconds, firstly i had an intense positive experience, I felt the impact of energy and excitement, which makes me to try and complete the exercises.

As times goes on and I was still doing, I felt my heart rate moving so fast and I was sweating like one lazy being but even with that I had to keep on pushing until I completed it.

How did this programs impact your mental health?

The cardiovascular exercise program had a positive impact on my overall mental health. I noticed that all the stress I was feeling was reduced and my mood changed immediately and I was able to concentrate on what ever I did that day and I felt that sense of accomplishment. Another thing is that I don't sleep early but after the exercise at night I was able to have a good night sleep without waking up at midnight.
