The Diary Game || 25 -10 -2024 || My Fitness Routines And A Dance Challenge
This is my lifestyle.
Hi esteem fitness lovers, i trust y'all enjoying your fitness journey. Staying fit is actually a long term journey, while learning from others enthusiast, others learn from us too as well through our daily fitness routine.
I personally scheduled four days in a week to engage with others who prioritized exercise as a lifestyle. I'm grateful and delighted to use this privilege to share my fitness routine to you all.
Today begins immediately my alarm interrupted me from bed, waking up to realized it's a new day is actually a great opportunity to thank God for life. With my passion for exercise, i wake up with preparation and the intention of working out, within an half hour I got everything properly handled, with a cold water bathed, i find my way to the training ground. Today we focus on the following programs.
- Warmup.
- Squat.
- Jumping squat.
- Weight Squat.
- Stretch.
- Dance.
We started with 10 minutes warm up to activate or awaken the exercise spirit. We consider different warm up such as jumping jack, running in place, step up and etc.
We progress to squatting, the challenge was to hit 20 repetitions of five sets, that sum up 100 reps of squats. As we all understand how complicated this particular program is most of our team couldn't achieve the given repetitions while others stopped and rejoin, just few people's completed it.
locate a position that best fit your health, could be a flat surface, a step board and etc.
Take a step with your feet and squat, return to the starting position.
Take another step with a different feet and squat, return to the starting position.
Free your mind and progress yourself continuously untill you accomplish a repetitions of 20, more or less.
- It strengthen the muscles at the glute, thign region.
- It helps with mobility and increased balanced/stamina.
- It serves as a strategy used in burning out calorie.
Progressively we moved to another program similar to the first program, jump squat is a bit complicated than the normal squat as it involves jumping up and squatting. The challenged was to hit a maximum of 15 repetitions in a five sets, that in total sum up 75 reps. Anyway I managed to scale up and reach the limit.
Make yourself comfortable with the surface you find yourself, might be a plain floor or a step board.
Maintain a standing posture and stabilize yourself.
Jump up and squat, make sure to push hips back and down, either in a plain floor or you squat untop the step board.
return back to the starting position and repeat the same strategy.
It strengthen the muscles that made up the hamstring and quadriceps muscles which in return, helps in walking, running, climbing and jumping.
It donate to flexibility as you jump and squat.
Keeps you agile.
Here we still draw our focus on squatting, our aims was to tackle three major squats challenge and here we came to the last challenge. The goal was to reach a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 reps of weight squat in five sets, that in total sum up 50 and 75 reps. It was a great milestone to achieved.
Stand with feet width apart, hold the weight might be a dumbbell, hold it in front of you.
Maintain a stable posture and engage core strength.
Slowly squat down, try pushing back and down the hips.
Stand up firmly to the starting position and repeat the same process.
Squatting with the weight is the fastest and effective way of developing and strengthening the muscles at the glute and hips region.
It increases the leg strength by strengthening the muscles.
Improve the Muscles at the calf region which helps in walking and etc.
After completing this program, we consider stretching ourselves as it is recommendable. We did some major stretches position such as leg swings, lunge stretch, angle rotation and etc. after this we took a break to rest while preparing our dancing steps.

It was finally time for exposing our dancing steps, this period was really funny and fun as well, of course dancing promote happiness. I'm not a dancer and at some point I feel shy to dance.
Here was it, we form a line of three people each. Each person will approach the stage and lead the others, another would come out immediately the leader left. Anyway!!! I hope y'all enjoy watching the dance steps and the background music. Don't worry, I'm trying my possible best to improve my dancing steps.
