"SEC-s20w2: Fitness Training 👉 Abs Attack"

Welcome to yet another week of consistently presenting myself to the fitness teaching team class. The previous week was critically impressive as the class was very nurturing and enriched in physical well-being improvement.

It's yet another week to engage and stay motivated with the fixed programs recommended by our instructors. This week is all about attacking the Abs like our whole life depends on it as that's the best way to accomplish health and prevent ourselves from back pains, support the skeleton system and even support our intervertebral disc from getting weak or damage.

It goes depth to the establishment of body appearance such as carving out the male six pack by burning out fat around the abdominal regions. With my enthusiasm and optimistic in exercise, i consider this week class a part of my daily lifestyle by engaging meaningful starting from the previous week programs and ending at this week programs

I started this week exercise by not ignoring last week programs, i engage in warmup, mountain climber, skipping, jumping jack and others cardiac programs. Watch a preview in the below video.

Scissor

After progressing in the previous week cardiac program, i extend my focus on the current week programs which is the Abs attack. Started with scissors kick which i achieve 26 repetition in four set.

Completing the repetitive and sets wasn't an easy tasks as the steps involve in progressing is a bit difficult. The tutorials involve sitting down on the mat, leaning my upper body backward with both hands position behind the hips in a triangle position, then raising my two legs above the floor and switching the both legs in the same direction.

While drawing my target on this program, I felt the pains around my abdominal regions and my lower body region. I had to endure so i could achieve my desire target which I did. I took a break of 30 seconds after completing a set before progressing to another set.

Plank.

I proceed to plank program after achieving success on the scissor kick. When it comes to Abs attack, plank is crucial as it helps in circular muscles around the core strength and even donate to personal stability.

I achieve this particular program by positioning my forearms on the floor and balancing my toe while holding and maintaining my body off the floor. After 1 minutes, i switched my firearms to elbow and hold for a another one minute then flip my waist to the left and right counting one to ten and raise a bit.

I repeated the repetition in three sets and accomplished my target. Nothing is easy as the world of exercise isn't free for hurdles, there's always a challenge, but we stay motivated because what we work for is what we'll achieve.

Russian twist .

Whenever the Abs attack is mentioned, Russian twist follow as it is the backbone of all complicated Abs attack programs. This program involves sitting on a mart with your two legs curve and lifted above the floor surface, Leaning the upper body backward and switching the waist to the right and t the left with a dumbbells or any weight object.

Russian twist helps in burning out fatigue around the abdominal region, it's actually a famous program when it comes attacking Abs.

Stretch

After progressing in all all the programs, i stretch for 5 minutes and drank water. We need to stretch as it is recommendable, stretching after exercise is essential as it prevents injuries, increase our blood flows and even donate to flexibility.

In conclusion, Thank you teacher @ngoenyi and @genomil for helping me achieve this week program, I'm happy because despite the hectic week for me, I still managed to achieve a lot; eagerly waiting for next week class.
