Hello esteem dancers, i believe you're all enjoying your days, responding to the contest here, it's actually my pleasure to welcome y'all to my dance challenge, of course dance can be done at any moment and anywhere. Adhering to the rules that guiden the contest, i started my dance with a warmup program.

Yeah warmup is necessary in every start of exercise as it endorse us in preventing injuries and it prepare an athlete ready for any programs. I consider executing some warmup programs as it's visibly seen in the video, there i progress to the main stuff.

Now it was time to showcase my dance step as well as others team after a time for break and rest. The dance you're about to watch now is a rotational dance challenge within the stay-fit fitness team, each person was told to represent and lead the rest of the team with he or her preferable dance steps. Different people take part of this dance as well as I.
As seen in the video, i happen to be the second person who lead the team, meanwhile before my chance, I already danced when others were leading and i still dance after i ended my leading. I'm not a train dancer and in reality it's difficult to dance, anyway we're just starting, the future will tell.

Among the hundreds of programs, i decide to choose jumping jack, this is a crucial program for improving our cardiovascular health and it involves a whole lots of strategies to perform it.
- Locate a flat plain surface environment and get yourself comfortable.
- I stand tall and engaged my arms, get ready to jump.
- I jump and stretch my legs width apart while raising my arms up, my arms and legs in the direction.
- I returned to the starting point and repeat the same process.
Jumping jack is no longer a new program to me, I'm used to doing it so I didn't felt any unnecessary pains, i completed 50 repetition in , it was after the third sets that i started feeling a bit pains in my arms, anywhere it didn't last longer.

I stretch immediately i executed the jumping jack, the stretch was very crucial as it helps in relieving all the arms pain I felt. I considered some stretching steps like angle rotation, arm swings and etc.
Benefits of dancing to you |

To me dancing is just a practice used in catching fun, while having this fun, it helps our heart to effectively circulate blood to their different streams. Because it also allows the body to move, it improves our cardiovascular health.
In conclusion, the dance part was extremely fun and it roll contagiously to others, the enjoying part was that every steps a leader introduced was count and that makes it organized in a uniform manner, we continue next week
