For the last few months, I haven't been able to do exercise. No, I can eat healthily. I was focusing and eating more fast food, due to which I have gained so much weight, so now I am working hard to lose weight.

So whenever I start any work, before starting my work up, I always think of warming up with slow jogging or something like to avoid muscle stiffness and muscle pain. Some people start directly, but I think this is not a good way to start exercise.

Last week, I also joined your sessions for cardio for leg sessions for the hip region. You have mentioned very nicely all the muscles of the gluteal muscle piriformis and all these muscles can be strengthened through these workouts when I started working I started 10 repetitions because for me it's very hard to do I have to see the patience I have to do a lot of work in the whole day so I need a good energy and you know active body hard. I did warm up before exercise.

Single leg lift

This is one of the best exercises I ha
ave ever tried. Initially, it was very hard to stabilize my body, but when I started working for one reach, I adapted and got a good amount of hydration.

Sumo squat

Honestly, I started working the first time and the weight I am carrying is around 12 KG. I have made it at home, and meaning to buy it was not easy, so I just made it at home, and it is very comfortable for me. It was hard to carry but then gradually at third working well.

Deadlift

This is another good workout which I have tried to make some repetition so that everybody can understand what I am doing I have uploaded the video in gif form as I can't upload them on YouTube.

These are the 3 exercises that I choose to perform. I stretch the muscles after performing exercises, and I feel relaxed after stretches as my leg starts hurting due to exercise.bAfter After performing these exercises try to drink water to stay hydrated & relax your muscles. Thank you.

Los tres ejercicios que realizaste son importantes para que tus glúteos y caderas logren un nivel de equilibrio adecuado. Te confieso que el de la elevación de la pierna me cuesta muchísimo jajaja pero, verte haciéndolo me emocionó porque puedo notar que te atreves a desafiar tu propio cuerpo y eso es genial.
